Good location, staff members extremely kind and attentive everywhere in the hotel, beginning with the reception trough the barman and breakfast staff. In the first night we got a room we were not happy about. Air conditioning was not working well, one side of the bed was not easily accessible, bathroom very small with no place for toiletries . But, the staff was very understanding and changed our room on the next day.

Breakfast was lovely, warm comfortable atmosphere. Restaurants are nearby and the neighborhood is quiet enough at night. Well I have to say the mattresses should be a little better. They were a little hard for me but overall I really love the hotel.

First and foremost - staff is just great. We have stayed there for few days and everyone we've met was just fantastic. Reception people, breakfast people, barman, cleaning team - all are most helpful, friendly and nice. There's also a dog "working" at the office, you might get a glimpse of it if you are lucky, one very good hotel worker it is. The hotel area is so pretty, it has few sitting rooms, which are very classy and picturesque- so if you are Instagram enthusiast, this is your place. Our room was large (triple room), bathroom was massive and chic. Rooftop area is lovely but I didn't get to spend much time there-we visited during winter time. Even the staircases were beautiful. I absolutely enjoyed the place and will surely be coming back, should I visit Florence again. Breakfast could have a tad more options (gets a bit dull when you stay long); We didn't manage to get AC working on cold mode (winter time) and should you get noisy neighbors- you'll hear them (might be the issue of adjoining room only). Also, there is not much of storage space in the room. But we were 3 persons staying few days in winter- we had a lot of stuff :)

Really nice and quirky and old fashioned hotel. Great location. Very friendly staff. Very nice view from the roof top bar. And lovely breakfast.
