The shower door was broken (or would not close) - there was only a curtain instead. The hairdryer worked for 15 seconds and would not turn back on. The location is very convenient, however its right at a junction so there is a lot of noise from the street - not suitable for light sleepers.

Flat pillows

There’s were no locks in the bathroom doors. The a/c wasn’t effective. And there was no coffee machine and irons in the room.

Awesome value, awesome location, for the price nothing beats this

It was clean and spacious The sleeping area was upstairs in a loft. I was able to access it but it was a bit difficult for me.,
-

Great central location.

We had to ask for the AC remote and the pillows were pretty flat, but these were very small inconveniences

Location was great, very close to bus stop The hotel was really old and no updates and the wifi was extremely slow that we ended up not using it, just use our own international data plan.

The entry, ground lobby and reception area are all what you would expect from an older European hotel. A little worn out. Functional but nothing fancy. However the room I had was a very pleasant. Spacious, airy, and well furnished. Nothing drab, cramped or worn out. Very nice. After hours entry can be a bit cumbersome. Particularly if you are tired or suffering from a bit of travel brain fog. :-)

We could ear the other guest noise during the night.

The location of the hotel was absolutely great. Close to the main attractions but still peaceful. The receptionist was kind. The hotel room was clean and we were glad to find shampoo/ soaps. Tv was working too. It would be excellent if there was a mini refrigerator. Also keep in mind that there might be people speaking on the hall and you might wake up in the middle of the night. It really depends on the people staying in the other rooms during your stay but when people talk in the hall, you can here every single thing.

Location. Charming with tall cielings. Hot water and friendly staff.

Very close to everything They had dust mite my friend could not sleep

Beautiful and very large room with view to the Piazza della Indipendenza. Good location close to the city centre with easy transport access. Easy check-in and check-out. Clear communication from staff. Fair price. Not many amenities in the hotel and room. Old building. Very small lift. The room (205) seemed clean when we entered, but the floor had something sticky on the corner between the bed and the window that led to the Piazza and it got stuck to my shoes when I stood there. The curtain on the opposite side of the room had a black stain on it as well.

It was a really comfortable stay for a night in Florence The room was freezing, we couldn’t find the remote for the AC but it was also our fault because we didn’t go ask at the front desk, the staff was great and I’m sure if we had asked they would’ve been able to help us

Nice room. Looks clean and beautiful. The heater does not work at all. Extremely cold in winter. I cannot even put off clothes when sleeping
