I really liked it. The score does not do it justice. The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing Very run down and outdated. Light fixture did not work in our friend’s room, first room by the entrance/exit. I do have to say, they accommodated my family with a small fridge to refrigerate medication. Sad looking place.

This hotel is very centrally located in Florence; you can walk to Churches, restaurants, shopping and the train station. The elevator up to the 4th floor is tiny. We had a room with a nice modern bathroom and one full/queen sized bed and 2 twin beds on either side. Be sure you note the WhatsApp emergency number for the front desk in case there is a problem with the power, because you will lose AC, water pressure and WiFi. The issue was resolved quickly. Also be aware that the front desk has hours of service so be sure you know what to do if you are arriving late or have to leave very early.

Very clean, great location. The shower was in the bedroom, and there weren’t enough bed sheets for the four of us.

Thanks. Room was cosy and comfy. Staff was very helpfull. We lef our bacpacks at the reception before check in. And we quit hotel to visit the city. Reseptionist put them to our room at check in time. So when we were back our backpacks were in the room.

there were a lot of mosquitoes. furthermore they tried to charge my card a month later, crazy.

Talk a little about the facilities. It was difficult to locate the hotel, as it only had a small sign indicating the name of the hotel (understand as a hotel in Europe, a building where rooms are rented per floor), but the location on Google Maps was perfect, just on the street from the hotel Numbering was confusing and visibility to identify the hotel. Elevator that was scary to go up and down lol. The room was spacious and clean, with a sink and shower inside the room and the bathroom outside. For those who are used to traveling and enjoying the place and not being locked in their room, it was peaceful. Meets expectations and value for money. I didn't like the bathroom outside the room.
