Very good family rooms and very convenient if you have a car as it’s outside the limited driving zone. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t offer a shuttle to city centre and there isn’t a covered parking

Beautiful hotel, the roof top restaurant was lovely, the spa was fab! After a day walking around in the heat it was a welcome refreshing break. Once the work along the river is finished it’ll do justice to the lovely on the Arno river.

It was fine. It was around a 3-4 star, not a 5 star luxury. The location was an issue, as well as the water heating and air conditioning. They put a cap on how hot or cold things can get, and it is not something you should expect at a 5 star.

Modern amenities. Gorgeous bathroom. Comfortable beds. Large room. Spa facilities. Away from city center. Street noise and somewhat limited amenities nearby. It’s outside the central area of the city and there’s quite a bit of road construction so requires a taxi or the bus or a long walk.

Clean, very welcoming and helpful info desk assistance. Florance is under construction for street train, so that it splits the city. And bus 14 and similar public transpprtation is always delaying. Plus, taxi are not reliable for calling on time.
