I loved that proerty was clean, had extra facilities to have tea and prepare food. The lady who greeted us was super welcoming. It is located slightly away from centre so it takes like 20-30 min walk or public transport

The host Chiara was very helpful and told us everything that we needed to do in Florence and how to get there. The room is quite large. Good enough for 3 easily. All the key amenities are available including really fast WiFi. All in all great! NA

Absolutely loved our stay! Chiara was a very sweet and helpful host! Helped with all the locations of Florence that were to be explored! The room is well kept, clean and very spacious! It has all amenities required during the trip The bus station is right below the stay which makes commuting to city centre easy! Grocery stores are nearby and good family friendly location! Chiara is absolutely sweet with her hospitality! Loved our stay in Florence! Commuting to city centre takes time, but is convenient because bus stop is nearby

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet. The neighborhood is quiet too and had some bus stops nearby. Our host Chiara was very kind and helpful and gave us a map and a lot of useful information about the city.

We got a family room even though we were just 2, so the room was very spacious and the bathroom too. It had a tiny balcony, and it was also super clean. The owner was really calm and cool, she offered help to park the car, and also helped us with some tips on where to eat and visit. The location is outside of Firenze in a residential area, but by bus it takes you around 15-20minutes and if you walk a good 25/30 minutes, but it's a nice walk by the river. -

The hostess was very welcoming and helpful in giving us tips to explore the city and for places to eat near the property. The location is very good - even though it's not on walking distance to the historic center, the main attractions are reachable by bus in ~15 minutes and the neighbourhood is very quiet (great café and pastry shop just 2 minutes away!). The room was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities as advertised, and we also had access to a common kitchen area to prepare meals if needed. Public transportation (bus) near the property was very unreliable on the weekend, which was a bit frustrating and meant we spent more time than wanted finding other options on foot, but it didn't damper our spirits and was not a big deal in the end.

Very good location, the bus stop is near, short trip to city center, clean house, spacious room The coffee machine should be essential as there is nice space to have breakfast. Unfortunatelly, there is just a kettle and instant coffee

We had a great stay in Florence, the location is easily accesible by bus to the train station or to the city center. I loved the location as it was very clean and quiet and close to the river. And of course our host, Chiara was very friendly and helpful!

The room was extremely clean, the host was very nice and the location is great! Around 20 min walk to the centre of florence, very nice neighborhood near the Arno river. Recommending everyone to stay here :)

It was clean, supermarket is 5 minutes from the hotel, bus stop is also 3-4 minutes from the hotel with a direct route to the city center, the host lady was super nice, found us a corkscrew on the short notice for wine, stable WI-FI
