Comfortable bed and everything was very clean, the people who worked here were very kind.

Amazing location right next to the train, breakfast available every morning and nice room!

Th staff were helpful. I was travelling with special needs and they made sure that everything was perfect. The Air conditioner was not working one day and the engineering department fixed it within 5 minutes. I would have preferred more fruits for breakfast.

Location perfect for all the tours we took meeting place was the train station 4 minutes walk! Walking distance to everything we saw lots just walking excellent location! Also was very close to the hop on hop off stop! Clean and large room , very comfortable bed, nice bathroom! Air conditioning works perfectly! Breakfast was very good many choices, people super friendly and helpful! Elevators for the second floor were great for the luggage! Our bedroom had a large window! So was nice in the morning to look outside Nothing I can’t think of about it!

The lift was just too small to accommodate all your luggage. Only 2 people can ride the lift with luggage but overall it's a good 2 night stay.

Location was great!!! Walkable to everything we needed to see. Train station also a short walk

The staf very friendly and let us keep the luggage there after check out. Good breakfast 2 blocks from the train station. Hotel is 2nd floor of a very old building, that is very nicely decorated. The shower didnt have good water pressure and it was broken. It worked anyway.

Great location and accommodating staff

Very friendly staffs, especially the young lady that's attending to the guests during breakfast ! Great breakfast ! The front desk guy even let us checked in early after a long trip ! Thank you so much. Cleaning solution is a little too strong.

Close to Santa Maria Novella station

The entrance and area were iffy but the staff and breakfast made up for it. Great location for the train! Staff recommended a great restaurant for dinner and tour options.

The hotel is near train station which was great. The room was clean and bathroom was nice. Heater worked well. They let us keep our bags after checkout The room setup was awkward, one room inside the other. The beds were small and not very comfortable and the bedding was not very warm. They forced us to pay in cash for the city tax, which meant we had to take out cash from ATM and pay lots of fees for a small payment during our final days in Europe.

good breakfast, very friendly staff

Nice staff, very welcoming and polite. Room was clean. The hotel is old, the corridor smalls of moisture strongly. The floor above was doing reparations so there was a loud banging noise from 8 am. Breakfast was limited to coffee, corneto and toast.

the mattress in the room was worn-out which caused backache and poor sleep. the hotel management needs to check the beds and replace the old mattresses

Everything was fabulous! Great location, excellent value, warm room (on a rainy day), comfortable beds, filling breakfast…couldn’t have been happier or more satisfied. Nothing- everything exceeded expectations
