Close to train station and historic district

Have a pool and hot tub but they were closed so early so we couldn’t use it.

The hotel is great and Nicole is the best staff. She helped us with all questions in Firenze Breakfast not included, but that’s okay
-
The WiFi, didn’t really work for us unfortunately! Other than that, no complaints

Excellent room size. Excellent convenient location. We particularly liked the balcony in our room with cafe table and chairs to relax. NA

Very nice!

It’s near the train station. The room is traveller friendly, the owner of the place certainly put a lot of thoughts into it. It’s also bright and very clean. It’s much better than what I saw from the photos. Also the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Nothing particular except the noise from the mini fridge. I unplugged it and solved the problem.

It was incredible experience, staff super helpful and welcoming, the breakfast excellent price and complete delivery, comfortable and clean.

Good location. Very responsive hosts. Kindly held my luggage after checkout till I returned from tour. Wifi erratic, kept dropping out or not discoverable

Walkable to the center of Florence. Had an amenity space available to us for coffee and that’s all. We were told at check in that the area was safe and the building was secure. Located right next to the train station, the building gate/door never closed or locked. We felt VERY unsafe. There are always people loitering around the building. Whoever was upstairs above us were so loud, constantly shifting furniture all through the evening/night. The building is filled with several difference hotels so it’s impossible to complain over other guests since they are booked with someone else. Upon leaving, we noticed a breakfast on our booking however there was no breakfast provided or offered. The images looked like this place is nice so we chose for a honeymoon and we were HIGHLY HIGHLY disappointed.

The room is ok! We selected the hotel mostly because they said they have parking place, and when we arrived there we discovered that the hotel doesn't have a private parking. What they offers is a service of a third party company that could park our car somewhere out of the city, costing 30€ this service.

It's convenient, located a block from the train station. The beds were conformable. There's no shower door and the water drains pretty slow. The elevator is one of the older ones that I've seen in European countries. It only fits 2 people. You go in by opening the metal gated door, then you open the 2 small wooden doors to get in. By the time you get to your floor, you exit from a different door and does the same in the opposite order. I couldn't figured it out the first time and the elevator went back to the first floor before I had a chance to open the wooden door. Also, if someone from any floors didn't close the metal gated door properly, the elevator just stops at that floor. There's also a small city tax that you have to pay after you arrive at the property.

perfect location. 5-6 mins to the center, 1-2 mins to the train station. (BYwalk) The room was very clean and big enough. We can leave out luggage after check-out. Everything was so good. Everything was so good. except pillows. But I didn't ask if there was any other typo.

Felt like a jail. No ornamentation or courtyard / lobby
-
I like how it is so close to the S.M. Novela train station and the location is walking distance to the city center The lift at the building is a little old school and dirty. The reception also closes really early at 4pm but other than that, this hotel should be rated higher
-
the location is just across the street from the metro station and close to the city attraction the staff are really friendly :) the elevator in the building was really scary and funny, it's very old like the ones in the very old movies (black and White ;p)
