It is a charming boutique hotel. Very comfortable and quiet but a short walk to everything. The afternoon tea is a great touch. I’ve been coming to Hotel Rapallo for 13 years. It’s the only place I would stay in Florence.

We are a family of five with three adult daughters, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to everything. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We loved our stay!

The hotel is very modern with nicely appointed rooms that are very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. The location of the hotel was close enough to the markets and attractions yet far enough away from the large crowds. The included breakfasts offered a great variety of options and the morning staff was always on hand to make you a fresh cappuccino.

The service was great and the decor was beautiful! The location was perfect - close enough to walk to major attractions but far enough to get peaceful rest. Terrific breakfast!

We were very pleased.with the location, the staff as well as our room! We were especially pleased with the concierge for making our reservation for breakfast, arranging our taxi to the airport as well as having a to go breakfast on our day of departure. We also appreciated the restaurant recommendations! We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Florence.

The rooms are very cosy and spotlessly clean, with everything you need. Above all, they’re very well soundproofed! The location is brilliant! The breakfast lives up to all expectations. We had a wonderful stay – thank you to the team for their warm welcome and for being so attentive!
