Palazzo Lorenzo Hotel Boutique & Spa

A very beautiful quiet hotel. The lounge area, breakfast area, outdoor area, hotel room was all beautiful. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff were fantastic. Especially Alessandro the old and Alessandro the young Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent efficient service. Had an issue with the toilet flushing. Alessandro the old was straight onto it. There was another guy too reception staff sorry forgot his name but he made great recommendations for where to go for a good night out. Very friendly and helpful. The location was great it was a 5 minute walk for a tram into the centre of Florence. The trams here are every few minutes. Glad we stayed here because summer is very busy in the centre of Florence. Very enjoyable stay ☺️ My only complaint would have to be I prefer a stand up ironing board. The small one the hotel had was not great. Invest in a good ironing board. Apart from that a fantastic stay

The breakfast was great, really good variety of options for people with a gluten intolerance. Nothing, the property was great. Good location, close by two tram spots. Easy to get to David and then to the main train station. Staff were helpful and the spa was great and helped reduce the swelling in my ankles that I had from air travel and the heat.

Beautiful hotel clean and good size rooms. Loved the spa. Air conditioning was not strong enough. The rooms never cooled down.

Nice property with nice central courtyard. Breakfast choice was limited and one day our room was not made up. When I asked for towels for the next morning was given bath mats which I refused.

We highly recommend this hotel! It is a small, boutique hotel with a lovely, intimate atmosphere. Everything is elegant, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is excellent, and the private, secure parking is a huge advantage for guests traveling by car. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh, high-quality products every morning. As part of our Booking reservation, we also had access to the spa. It needs to be booked in advance, but that means you have the entire spa area to yourselves. The two jacuzzis and sauna made for a wonderful and relaxing experience. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. We highly recommend this hotel! N/A

Breakfast was very good. Location was supposed to everything. Unfortunately, the AC was really bad. It made the trip pretty miserable.

The buffet breakfast was amazing and worth including. Staff was very helpful and kind. It was a fairly quiet hotel which was nice, being a little outside the core of Florence. Clean room, felt safe. Fresh linens and towels everyday was great, especially needed during the heatwave. Having access to the spa downstairs was a nice touch. A quick check of the supplies would have been good, ran out of body wash and conditioner a couple days in. There was no fan in the bathroom so had to always keep the door open to not get so steamy. The location would have been perfect if it wasn’t so hot - but being there in the thick of the heatwave, we found ourselves getting a taxi more often than wanted to get into the core of Florence.

The hotel very charming. It offers a great breakfast with a the selection changing each day. Orders for coffee, tea, etc are taken on arrival. The location is in a quiet area with good access to the city and other attractions. Use of the spa was a great addition to the booking!

Best hotel of our one month trip to Italy. The room and bed were comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. It was far from the madding crowd, yet close enough by light rail. Nothing. It was all good.

Very stylish lovely decor , good sized bedrooms with large bed, A/C , helpful friendly staff , enjoyed the spa . A little further from centre than we thought .. 25 min walk to dome area .

The garden and back space are amazing. Staff are super helpful. The mattress was super bad and not comfy.
