The location was convenient to restaurants, trolley, and train station. Our room was immaculate and styled with a personal touch by Francesca, the owner. She was a joy to be with and very, very helpful no matter what our need was. Our only complaint was how small the elevator was. But, we understand it is typical in Italian architecture. We adjusted quickly and was able to use it regularly.

The rooms were huge! And, though it's at the intersection of two busy streets, it is surprisingly quiet. The owners are charming and helpful, ready to fulfill any request. The Wifi was exceedingly slow - I was able to check emails, but not much else.

Opera is an amazing boutique hotel with wonderful hosts. It enriched our Florence experience.

The B&B hosts were incredibly kind and informative.

The property was beautiful. Francesca was lovely and gave us great recommendations. The room was very spacious, beautiful and super comfortable. The location was convenient and close to everything, but quiet at the same time..The train is a 15 min walk. We were very sad to leave. I cannot wait to return❤️❤️❤️

All as expected and the hostess was so responsive and lovely. I booked a room with a king bed and the daybed. If you want to use that daybed, make sure to specify so they leave linens for it. It is not assumed you will use it. I booked the room with the extra bed to use it ,did not know I needed to call that out when reserving.

We loved the location, just steps from the T2 tram which was very convenient! We were staying to see the sights and it worked out very well. Also, bonus for parking availability right on our street because we ended up keeping our rental car overnight since the Italy Car Rent place closed at 8. We had booked early tours and they scraped together what they could for a breakfast they put in our room the first two mornings. The third day was an amazing breakfast right in our room with eggs/bacon, cappuchinos, juice, etc. AMAZING! Can't really think of any improvements. Perhaps a light sensor in the stairwell as it's very dark in there and when we get back late needed iphone flashlights

The neighborhood felt safe and it was 15 min walking away from the city center and Duomo. The host gave us excellent recommendation for a nearby restaurant with great prices, homey atmosphere and excellent food that we visited twice and wanted to go a third time but is was closed on a Sunday. All in all, everything was great! There was nothing that we didn't like.

The owners of this small B & B, Francesca & Paolo, were welcoming & helpful. The room & bathroom were large & spotless, and it was beautifully furnished. The property was convenient for walking and there were also buses a few steps away, just around the corner. The hosts had great restaurant suggestions and Francesca was helpful when I needed suggestions for a gift for my hosts later in our trip. The elevator was a plus as I had hurt my leg several days before the trip, and was having difficulty with the steps. I can highly recommend the Opera Boutique B & B.

Such a beautiful old building and the room is very nice and clean, also in a good location, not as busy as other part of the city.

The hosts were lovely and worked hard to ensure our stay was perfect Nothing

Grand, spacious bedroom (and bathroom) with thoughtful decor. Generous amenities, beautiful breakfast experience on request. Great location of being just outside the busiest city centre, so that you have the peace and quiet, but are still super close to everything. Excellent public transport connections (a bus stop literally outside the B&B). Close to many terrific restaurants that aren't necessarily touristy. Fantastic staff - thank you so much for your care!
