Angelica was great from the start, she was always friendly and helpful also thanks to the other young lady that works there, the room is spacious, the balcony is great to sit and enjoy breakfast, a glass of wine, etc. The place is about 17 min from Santa mania novella train station. Thanks Angelica for everything! Just a little noisy at early morning time because the building is right in front the main road

There was no breakfast we were aware of. The location was pretty good. It was a bit of a walk to the center of Florence where all the attractions are, but not that bad and overall it was quite and safe. Location was a bit of a walk from most of what you want to see in Florence, but that's not a secret. It's really not a thing I don't like, just what is keeping this from being an ideal location. It's priced very appropriately for where it is.

Our room which had city view and was close to the street had car and motorcycle noises during night, even with closed window and closed shields. Bed was not comfy also.

Cozy ness and terrace

The room was clean with a terrace and you can reach the downtown by foot There is no staff all the time but we have communicated by WhatsApp

We came by train so we were relieved and pleased that it wasn't too far from the station. The room was on the first floor which had a corridor leading onto a huge suntrap balcony area at the rear of the building, where Angelica serves breakfast. Angelica was a very friendly host with a good command of English and nothing was too much trouble for her. The building fronts onto a fairly busy road, so there is traffic noise, but it didn't disturb our sleep.

The property is very close enough to the main attraction yet also far enough from touristy spots and noise. The property is so clean and Angelica is very accommodating to us! You can definitely hear the city noise such as cars and buses very easily. However it’s nothing you cant really ignore or put a little white noise to blur it all out.

Loved the terrace and being able to sit outside and have our breakfast. Our view of the Orthodox church was beautiful and hearing the bells amazing! It was just far enough away from the craziness of the tourist area but still super walkable.

Great value for the price! The girl working the desk was super helpful and kind! We were able to check-in a little early and also leave our bags after checkout for a little bit. Terrace was nice and I wish we had had time to use it more! Easy 15 minute walk from the tourist stuff which made it far enough out to not feel like you were constantly in all the hassle. Nothing :)

We loved the property and our room. Great location, walkable distance from the downtown and grocery stores, the terrace has a beautiful view and it’s cozy and spacious as well. The entire place is very welcoming. I would 100% recommend it. 10/10. Nothing to not like about it :)

Beds were comfortable, spacious room and clean The road was very noisy - right through the night. It was not a Hotel - no receptionist. It is not a B&B. You need to order you breakfast the day before. Nothing was in English, you need to translate. Very nice Hotels in the same area for the same price with the experience of a Hotel in Florence... and not only a room with no view. Very disappointed - and this for Italy. Toiletpaper was not enough and there was no tissues as a back-up!!!
