The rooftop pool was awesome, and had beautiful views of the city of Florence. The room was decently sized and very modern. The hotel was located a 10min walk to the main attractions of Florence, which was very helpful, and had a good amount of well-rated restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop pool's menu is quite limited during the day, as far as food goes, and yet, they don't allow external food to be brought in. The property is also adjacent to a coworking space/student apartments, which made for some interesting run-ins with social activities while we were taking the kids to the pool. However, there was no noise in our room as a result of this. The only noise we had was from our room facing a main road, which was to be expected.

Gym was great. Staff was super friendly. Seems like a good spot if you’re there to work. Pictures were a bit deceiving…but I guess you pay for what you get. Room was much smaller than I expected. Think tiny dorm room with hardly any room to move around. Pool was way smaller than it looked & was slammed packed every day. They clean the pool every day it seems, but the grout across the whole pool is still green. Aka the pool is filled with green slime. The day beds are also pretty disgusting with hair and crumbs of food everywhere. The pool closes at 6 every day for drinks… they’re very strict about this too lol. There were multiple tables and chairs open and I watched a couple get escorted out after seating themselves, told to stand at the door for 20 seconds only to be seated by the “waiter” at another table… all while no one else was waiting. The prices for and drinks at the pool don’t measure out either, they are very expensive for a place you pay 150€ a night for.

The hotel is quite clean, everything is just like what they indicated on the website, no surprise. The location is ok, if you want to stay in the city center, this one is more a little bit outside of city. The room size is perfect for one. I think the hotel staff can use more smile, but they were quite occupied the whole time, they have to face so many people in one day, not easy. If you would like to have a quite and less visiter hotel, this is definitely not the one, it really gives the vibe of university dormitory.

The rooftop pool and lounge were a big selling point The challenges with getting around on the different floors- sometimes was confusing for accessing the rooftop after 18:00 and the specific elevators for getting to the 4th floor ensured you had to be always paying attention vs auto - pilot to your room.

Beautiful views of downtown Florence & surrounding sites

The pool area was small and very crowded, we couldn't use it. Also not having any restaurants or cafe open in the hotel on Sunday was inconvenient. But was given a good recommendation to a restaurant near by from a member of staff worked out fine.

Location for my business was great A bit of a maze! Pool close too early
-
Great location. Could walk to major sites. Nice cafe near the location. Restaurant at hotel and rooftop bar were great. Nice views from rooftop.
-
The gym and common spaces - it is a concept hotel, with this idea of shared work and play space. The rooms were too small. They are essentially converted dorms. The bathroom was far too small to be comfortable
-
Loved the breakfast and the rooftop bar!! Nothing in particular!
-
Loved the stay overall, excellent service. The open concept shower was terrible and obviously led to a large amount of water pouring onto the bathroom floor.
-
The hotel is really nice, with a great room, all the facilities you need, especially as a digital nomad, and an amazing location. The worst elevator system I have ever experienced. I was confused the entire time.

Everything

Shower is tiny and water went everywhere on the bathroom, AC is weak, the room was never confortable, a bit pricey without breakfast included
-
Pool is great Pillows were far too 'high' - very uncomfortable - couldn't really use it - no alternative. The twin bed was very narrow.

Location was easy to get to using the tram from the train station (SMN); rooftop bar had an amazing view at sunset; clean, quiet, front desk staff were very helpful; breakfast was really good. General location was not central to many popular places (eg. Ponte Vecchio) or any restaurants.
-
The rooftop pool and the all hotel staff were amazing. The floor in our room was pretty dirty. It could use a massive scrubbing or even to be replaced. Otherwise cool place and fun vibe. Staff were attentive.
-
The design of the property was exceptional - quirky, clean and fun. The pool has a fantastic view and the entrance of the lobby has swings that was fun to use when leaving and returning to the hotel. The coworking space looked very functional. Very helpful staff. The hallways to reach the bedrooms were clean but use of air freshener would be great.
