Could have served breakfast a little earlier and more options but it was fine.

Room and shared bath (by 3 rooms) was clean and comfortable. The room furniture and decor gave it a "Florence" feel. Hosts we're very gracious and the breakfast was very good. A little far from city center but it was nice to experience a quiet, local neighborhood.

The staff were very nice with us. We could hear every little noise. The private bathroom that is outside the room was in the hall which is a little bit uncomfortable.

This place is absolutely beautiful! It’s a cozy house with a cute interior. The room was very comfortable, there was everything we needed. The bathroom is shared between guests but it was clean and pretty comfortable. The breakfast was nice, a little bit of everything. The staff was great and helpful as well. The location was good, it took us about 20-30 minutes to walk to the main sights. There’s also a bus spot not far away so you could use public transport if you don’t feel like walking. But for us it was a real pleasure to enjoy the views and explore Florence outside of the main sights. The owner also has everything very well organised, there’s a home book with all the information you could need on the property and city. Thank you very much for creating such a magical place! It definitely made our Florence trip even more memorable! ❤️

It is a beautiful building/ B&B with a lovely decoration. You really feel in Florence with the ambiance. If it was a bit bigger , it would be amazing as we were 3.

great location right outside the heart of Florence. super cute & clean with attentive and friendly staff! we would highly recommend.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to choose (considering it's only 4 room B&B). Coffee machine could be used throughout the day which was a nice surprise. There were also some fruits left in kitchen for guests. Rooms were roomy and clean. Comfort bed with proper linen. Very pleasant balcony where we enjoyed our afternoon espressos (and wine :)) ). Room doors could be more soundproof.

Cozy and private. We loved the vintage feel! Cute cat greeted us every morning. Near the City Center and foodmarkets. We loved everything!

Located near downtown yet on a quiet, safe street. Irene was a delight. We enjoyed the breakfast that was provided. We would definitely recommend it to friends.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the sites you’ll want to see

The Residenza Cecchi team made our stay in Florence an absolute dream. The house itself was beautiful, from the entry way to the dining room and the rooms themselves. Everything was spotless and the breakfast in the morning was incredible. Irene and her team went the extra mile for my daughter and me when we had early starts and missed breakfast hours, and coming back from a busy day in central Florence to a beautiful home on a quiet street was wonderful. Getting to town was simple by the number 23 bus from the stop 1minute walk away and only cost €1.50 to travel to the heart of Florence. We would recommend Residenza Cecchi to all those visiting Florence. We loved everything :)

We didn’t quite like that the bathroom was not in our room but in the hallway

Really beautiful B&B. Has a very timeless feel with the decor inside. Room had a nice comfortable bed and the space felt like a good size. The breakfasts were wonderful. The place is very peaceful and Irene our host was so friendly and considerate. Had a ‘home away from home’ feeling to it. Nothing really to dislike.

Self-service was lovely and English translations were offered around the b&b. Staff were kind and helpful when approached. Other guests were polite and considerate of shared bathroom and designated quiet hours. Breakfast is well stocked. Bedroom spacious and simplistic. Not a fan of the bedding, a duvet between two sheets, the top of which was a little itchy but easily solved by tuck and folding the undersheet to be on top. Rest of the bed was lovely, though 4 pillows was excessive given how large each one was (one was comfy enough)
