The property is in a nice area. The garden was beautiful and a nice place to have a morning breakfast. The building must be quite old, as the walls are very thin. You can hear almost everything from the rooms above, including people taking showers, talking, or simply walking around. The same goes for the doors. You can hear every time someone uses the building’s front door. It was quite difficult to get a good night’s sleep because we kept waking up whenever people entered the building during the night. If you’re just passing through the city for one night, it might be fine. However, if you’re planning to stay for a few days, I would not recommend it.

Backgarden was very nice, breakfast no complaints and the host/owner was lovely.

The host was very attentive! The breakfast was really lovely, in a sweet yard surrounded by flowers. Easy to reach on the bus out of the train station.

The property is so charming and every detail is thought of. Simona is a wonderful host!

The location, the breakfast, the reception, and the cleanliness. The size of the beds, as a taller person, the beds didn't fit us properly.

Amazing staff, very nice facilities

I liked that it had good beds. Location was not extremely great. Small space. Quite expensive for such a stay. No proper room service or anything

The staff was wonderful! They were so hospitable and breakfast was more than enough. They made us coffee to our order every morning and were very attentive and enjoyable to interact with. You really could not beat the charm of this B and B. We had a room with a balcony and it was absolutely perfect to sit on and enjoy the garden below. Location was a little off the beaten path but easy to access by bus. We also enjoy walking everywhere and found that we could walk anywhere we wanted to in Florence from this location. I appreciated that it was not in the tourist center. This provided a nice retreat from the noise of the city. There are also some lovely restaurants in the area within a few blocks as well.

The outdoor area seemed cute We decided to stay two nights in Florence last min so I asked to extend my booking the day before arriving —She said no I could not and cancelation window was passed and I was fine with that-totally understandable. However, when I arrived, I found the bathroom infested with mold—visible on the ceiling, grout, and other areas. There was a strong, unpleasant odor that made the bathroom completely unusable. The air quality was so poor that I began sneezing immediately, which raised serious concerns about health risks. This was not just a musty smell from humidity. When I reported these issues to the owner, she immediately dismissed my concerns, offered no solutions, and accused me of dishonesty, even though I offered to provide clear video evidence. Her only response was to tell me to “contact booking.com” when I asked if I could send her images of the mold and informed her we were leaving. She did not visit the apartment or provide any assistance. As a result, I spent over five hours in Florence searching for alternative last-minute accommodations on a Saturday night which was extremely difficult due to high occupancy. This experience was very stressful and disappointing. The owner even accused me of making this whole story up to get a refund for a room I didn’t even stay in lol. I requested a refund since the room was uninhabitable, but the owner showed no interest in correcting the issue and rejected my refund request immediately and called me a liar and a blackmailer. The most defensive and inappropriate interaction I have ever had with a host in my life. If they had shown any concern, offered a refund, or assured the issue would be fixed for the next person I would have had more confidence in this business as I understand things happen. ???

The room was really clean and the interior thoughtful and cute. We had a balcony to our room with a table and two chairs, connected to the lovely inner yard. The breakfast is small, but all you can need and hope for, especially top notch coffee for sure and awesome tasting croissants. It takes a few minutes, but the city is easily walkable. The hotel's street is really quiet. It is not easy to find a good parking spot nearby if you come in by car. You have to circle around to be lucky and find a parking spot. That is really hard when it's late. If so, unload your baggage before trying to find a parking spot.

The envirenment of Mòsí since the arrival was very specific and lovely. Very very well organized place, clear instranctions for finding the room. International breakfast? And the most important part, Simana and her collague are lovely and supported us in special day (it was my partner birthday and they help me for surprizing him) -

Great location on the other side of the Arno river in both a nature and cozy urban environment. The 2 ladies of the house are super friendly and help you out with all kinds of recommendations in the neighbourhood. Walkable distance to the historic center through a scenic route, but also very accessible by bus (also from the airport and train station).

Super friendly staff, wonderful house and garden, great location. Cozy and stylish atmosphere, with a romantic touch. It was a bit cold, but it was early November. We will return in spring or summer. It is a promise.

It was a really clean hostel with a nice kitchen. The location was not really central, but still good to walk to city center by walking. We booked a four-bed female dormitory with bunk beds. The upper bunk was so extremely high that I could barely sleep peacefully, constantly worrying about the risk of falling. It was not easy to understand from the pictures how high the ceiling was. While the owner kindly offered a half refund, the half was still a considerable amount of money that we paid, and we decided to extend our stay despite the discomfort. Additionally, the room was extremely small for four people, with only a stiff bench to sit on and no couch. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience, especially at night. Booking a private room might offer a much better experience.

Very good value for money. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and spacious. The shared kitchen gives you the opportunity to interact with other guests over a cup of tea. Would definitely stay there again! It was a bit cold in the room at night and the breakfast had limited options.

The room was clean and tidied up frequently, and the bathroom was cleaned daily, which made the shared room experience great. The staff was very kind and helpful (I have personally met Kim, but the same is valid for the communication via text). The location is nice, not that close to the centre but you can take several buses 5 min from there or take a nice walk by the Arno river. No specific complaints to note here; the room is exactly as shown in the pictures. The beds are a bit squeaky, but nothing out of the ordinary. Just good to note if you’re in the shared room and are a light sleeper.

Breakfast option is great for starting your day off in Florance before exploring the city. The room is clean and big enough for just spending the nights in and exploring the city during the day. Location is good considering the price. Great staff. If you plan to spend some time in the room other than to rest at nights, it is a little bit small. But not a big issue if your purpose is to travel.

Clean n nice owners. Good breakfast A bit far from central location as stated Could use a chair or lounge couch inside to cozy up on.
