A little far from town
-
It was very clean and friendly staff

The breakfast selections were outstanding, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. There was nothing not to like about this hotel. It was peaceful, comfortable, beautifully maintained.
-
Parking is easy and everyone is nice
-
Easy to reach by car. All v good
-
The property was close enough to the centro for sight seeing easy but far enough to be enjoyable as a quiet haven from the hustle and bustle of town It would have been nice to have shuttles that ran continuously to the centro

The hotel is super nice and sits just outside of Florence. We used it as a location to tour the La Marzocco Academy. Our room was a bit small but perfect for 1 night. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was nice. Breakfast was 10/10. Would definitely stay here again! N/A

Good restaurant. Comfortable, clean and modern rooms. Easy to park and plenty of space. Staff was very helpful and are onsite 24/7, even prepared a box for us for food in the morning when we left for a flight at 3:30 (and asked + accomodated my gluten allergy) It was difficult to get the car out of the parking lot, even in the middle of the night. Also it's very far away from Florence city center, we thought it'd be a 20 minute drive but was closer to 45 minutes on public transportation.

More than a four star standard.

Clean, beautiful, comfortable hotel. Breakfast quality and variation was not at the level of a 4 star hotel. To be more specific, the ingredients of the warm section of Breakfast had a very low quality.

Excellent hotel. Room was great, hotel staff friendly and very helpful, probably the best hotel we stayed during our vacation, considering cleanliness, room, breakfast and service. Breakfast was great and had a variety of options. Place was beautiful and quiet. We couldn’t make the air conditioning work, probably missed some instructions as during this time of the year it is set to save energy. Totally manageable.

Beautiful hotel, comfy bed, high quality ammenities and helpful front desk. The breakfast buffet is superb. Room 206 had a constant sewage odor.Maintenance tried to fix but couldn’t. The restaurant at dinner time was pricey and the dishes were just OK. A ride to town takes about 40 mins.

All! Nothing!

The Villa and its design. Most Firenze hotels feature a Florentine style, which we find far too "visually noisy". Villa Neroli offered a minimal, clean, modern room design, which we found very relaxing and loved during our vacation. The Villa itself is wonderful, with a nice garden and convenient parking. Breakfast was good, and so was the service. We enjoyed the location - in a residential area, some 5-10 minutes drive to the outskirts of Firenze Center (and a convenient Parking cellar near the ZTL, which we were not allowed to drive into). The food at the Hotel's Neroli 141 restaurant during dinners was quite mediocre.
