Kind stuff, good breakfast and good location! We could get tourists places about 30 min by bus and to main station to get some Tuscans downtowns ! Also they have beautiful spots to have some rest out of the room and the room was big comfortable with all things necessary for us! We would recommend it and surely come back next time !

Cozy B&B located in Rovezzano, 20min from Firenze city center by bus, you can park the car on the street for free, which is not common in the town. The place has an amazing decoration and you can relax after a day visiting the wonderful Firenze. Linda and Nicholas are great people who will try their best to give you good recommendations about what to do (especially what to eat in towm), and also make you feel at home. Breakfast with Nicholas was always fun with good conversation. There are bus stops, train station and good restaurants nearby the place. Defintely recommended! Nothing to report

The accommodation was originally Tuscany and we loved it. Very clean and beautiful room and great originally Italian breakfast. We had everything we needed during our stay. The hosts were very kind, and i would always recommend them as great hosts. Perfect place :) We liked everything!

Exceptional

good breakfast with nice people from around the world very nice, easy going and helpful host great vibe good location just few minutes drive to the city center, we paid just 5 euros for parking pictures don't justify how cool this place really is wifi connection wasn't always great but Nicolas the host said his on it to fix it so hopefully it will get better soon.

The property really captured a Tuscan domicile from the 1500’s but with an updated modern twist. It was extremely clean and cosy and spacious! There was not a single thing I could fault about the property!

Very nice and friendly staff! Host does everything to make your stay as convenient as possible. Room spacious and very comfortable. A little ex-centred but bus/train easily accessible to reach city center!

Beautiful premises with gorgeous decor. Nicolas was a fantastic host, providing tips on things to see as well as recommendations for where to eat and drink, making sure our stay in Florence was one we will never forget.
