Location No idea how to arrive at accommodation after I gained front door access

The key pad system they used was super convenient and easy to use. One for the street door and inside for the hotel. Location was great right next to a bridge and there is a wonderful cafe and pizzeria right down the street. The AC worked amazingly and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was also breathtaking and super clean.

So clean, modern and conveniently located! Nothing!

Cozy room, great location

Central location and close to the Arno. Check out and check in flexible. Room is quiet. Odor when you walk in the room, Bathroom in poor repair, basic accommodations. WiFi not reliable. This is more of a youth hostel for adults but not budget friendly. We called 3 times to get assistance as the directions were not complete. No one ever answered.

The apartment was in such a good location, so close to everything in Florence! It was easy to access and Donna was very helpful and responsive

I satyed in this place with my friend. It was really comfortable. What made the place the best was the location, we ould reach everywhere by walking few mins easily.

Perfect location, cute & comfortable room, lovely staff!

Although an electric kettle and Nespress machine were provided, no coffee or tea bags were available. Because the building is at least 100 years old, my allergies to dust and mold in the environment were activated. No information was provided about the lights in the hallways timing out. It was not easy to know how to open the front door of the building The elevator was a typical European one- very narrow, but a bit intimidating at first. .

No breakfast, but the coffee machine was available and coffee good and stout. The look of the room was actually elegant, but it was our efforts to get into it initially that were difficult. No one was around by midday when I'd earlier texted we'd be in, the internet apparently went down, so no one to provide us a code to get in. Fortunately, we grabbed the door when someone exited, and some guests up on our floor kindly helped us figure out the correct key sitting out to open our door. After tired from travel, this was stressful.

Excellent location

The location of the hotel is great - right by the river, safe, and about a 15 minute walk from Firenze SMN station and most of the major tourist attractions in the city. The room is a typical European room, not large, but very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. If you're looking for good value and location then this hotel is worth your consideration. I read the negative reviews and for the most part the points they're raising are accurate, however you must keep in mind that you'll find hotels like this throughout Europe, and you have to leave your American biases behind. Frankly, there are other hotels in Florence that will meet American expectations but come with a cost. Although the hotel is a short walk from Firenze SMN station, the streets leading to the hotel are mostly cobblestone so if you are dragging roller bags, it's best if you take a taxi. The hotel is located on the third floor, and the elevator is tiny so that may be a bit inconvenient if you're traveling with a lot of bags. I've been to many hotels like this in my European travels, where the hotel is on an upper floor (third floor in this case), tiny elevator, and staff that aren't onsite all day. This may sound like negatives, but this is very typical in Europe. The location, value and friendliness of staff more than make up for this.

The host was very kind and welcoming. Everything was comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay. It's in a great location as well - not too far from the train station, very close to the river, and close to some of the major landmarks.

Living area was relatively cramped, pillow was very very thin.

Great location. Easy check-in. Within walking distance of all attractions. Quiet room.

Great place, super nice staff, easy check in and out, location in the Center, clean room n/a

The staff was really nice, and trying to resolve problems we've encountered on the first day. There was a weird smell coming from the ventilating system, and we informed the staff immediately. She agreed to change the room for us the second night, and the air was fresh and pleasant. Enjoyable stay in Florence. Grazie mille!
