Location was walking distance to key attractions — the Duomo, Uffizzi, Academia, Ponte Vecchio — and some excellent restaurants. No breakfast. Room was very good and comfortable. Noise not an issue for people from midtown Manhattan. Wi-fi was not stable. My phone kept dropping out.

Location Small room, stinky bathroom, air-conditioner unreliable, one young lady staff on our checkout day was snuttty

The location was great. It’s an old building. In 5 days we got nothing from the staff. There’s an insane amount of mosquitoes but you need the window open because there’s a big smell coming from the bathroom.

Close to everything It was noisy because it faces the Main Street and there’s lots of bar nearby. Bring earplugs

Good location, close walk to most things Property very hard to find. Room not as advertised. Walls were very dirty, electric window shades broken, water leaking into living area whenever we used the shower. Very loud and hard to sleep. Bed so stiff we woke up in pain.

The location was close to the main tourist areas but still around locals. Lots of restaurant options and a lovely piazza nearby for relaxing. Property was safe. Great view of the neighborhood from the 4th floor. Appreciated the tea provided and access to the refrigerator. Bed was comfy and AC was great after a long day out. Size of the room was perfect. We were greeted by the host initially, and he did a good job explaining how to access the room. Very pleasant. There is a bus stop outside for transport around the city It had a balcony that we couldn’t seem to access but we didn’t mind that. Cleanliness can be improved. Lots of noise from the bar across the street until around 2am but I was able to sleep through it occasionally

Customer service is horrible

Location is good, close to the all attractions, restaurants There was a smell in the room, need to be renovated. It would be better to put at least water to drink in the room. We stayed 3 days, but there was not any cleaning service during those days.

Location, balcony No coffee! No coffee machine or even instant coffee. Only tea in the room

Location and comfort

Locatioin is indeed very good. A public parking is under the building, which is very good but the prices are really exagerated. They have a sort of automatically remote controled heating system that you are not able to program according to your wishes. It worked and it did not. It was chilly.

Location is perfect, as well as the room. We liked everything and were very satisfied with service of the owner. I would recommend that for your stay. Nothing.

Breakfast was not included. The location was superb and everything you need to see in Firenze is a short walk from the place. Be careful with the address. There are two number "12"s on the street, but businesses are written in red paint and residences use black paint. So if you arrive at a shop, keep walking until you see a black number 12. The room was a great size and had a fabulous interior balcony.

Whilst in the centre of Florence it was very noisy from the outside. The property was rather tired and dated.
