The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked the lift so I didn’t have to carry my bags up stairs. There was plenty of restaurants nearby. The check-in process was confusing and stressful. I had not received the codes to get in until I was already there.

Host hospitality and making sure everyone is having their best experience. I loved the place and the nice breakfast with the central location around florence. I 100% recommend. Nothing. All was perfect and the elevator thing is not a big deal. Just keep pressing till it arrives at your location on 2nd floor. Its safe and maintained since several years. Just follow the pressing signs and its manageable. No worries.

The room and the whole facility is very very clean. Well located in a quite neighbourhood right in front of a tram station which goes to train station and close enough to main attractions to reach by foot. The room was well equipped and bright. The breakfast was decent enough. The B&B is on the second floor of an old building, there is an elevator but it is the smallest and slowest one I have ever seen so you would only use it in case u have very heavy luggage otherwise u need to take the stairs. The room was quite old with humidity stains on the roof and the smallest flatscreen tv ever. The worst thing though was the fact that the room was full of mosquitoes, I counted at least 20. The hostes gave us a plug-in mosquito repeller but it didn't kill all of them so I was trying to kill as many of them as possible the whole day. The pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Room was lovely. Daily cleaning and a wonderful spread of breakfast every morning. The tram runs right near the house so great to get around the city. Entry to the building wasn’t clearly communicated initially but was worked out after the first day.

The owner was nice. The bathroom was relatively clean but uncomfortable since shower area is small and difficult to handle.

Friendly, helpful host, clean, comfortable room, good breakfast, good location. It was a little further from the main train station than expected, but not too bad.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Excellent location, close to the centre but in a fairly quiet neighborhood .

Very good location. Large clean room. Extra pillows in the wardrobe. Nice breakfast. The AC in the room didn’t work very well. Mina did bring us a fan which helped.
-
Clean and the owner is a very kind and helpful lady.

Good breakfast, good bed, good towels. Shower was too small

The host was wonderful — warm & kind! The location was great. Unfortunately the AC didn’t work while we were there and it was very hot. The host tried to get it fixed.

Nice, clean room. Nicer than we are used to. Windows on both sides provide good ventilation. Nice bathroom/shower that was private to our room. Elaborate breakfast with antipasto, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cheese, bread, coffee, milk, a couple of types of juice, and some other stuff---served every day during our visit. The manager (Mina) was gracious and nice. She's multilingual, with particularly strong French, and very nice nice to our daughter during our stay. Good location....right next to the tram to the airport, which also goes to the main train station, and very close to the "Academia."

Breakfast was great with lots of options. Tea provided in the room which was a nice touch. Overall a great place. A small refrigerator would of been nice to keep drinks cold.
