Great location, everything was very walkable.

The bed was somewhat comfortable. It gave the bare minimum for sleeping and showering. Lack of utilities. There was consistently no toilet paper and staff hardly restocked. In the bedrooms there was one stool and the bed; no tissues, two dirty glasses and no furniture.

Good location, comfortable bed and pillows. Was a little nervous about the shared bathroom, but it was fine. Rooftop was cute.

Excellent..near n clean.....2.shared bathroom among 4 rooms was available...and it was clean and we had no issues .the terrace kitchenette n open space was nice n cozy. Location is 1.5 kilometres away from duomo.( Central ).so good for the ones who prefer walking like me .also nearest bus stop just 200 meter away ..so was easy to reach station

Some minor uncleanliness

Did not realize there was a breakfast One if the bathroom toilet wasn t functioning well It sprayed was from the tank each time you flushed making everything wet I am a light sleeper and street noise could be easily heard as well as door slamming and keys in locks each time a person used bathroom during the night

Friendly staff available via WhatsApp. Don’t feel it was clearly advertised that the bathroom is shared with other rooms. If this was advertised I probably wouldn’t book to stay here. Seemingly clean, however obvious hairs over bed. Facilities need updating (is hairdryer that is straight from the 1950’s). Room itself was adequate, but very noisy with other guests as well as from outside. Wouldn’t book to stay here again

The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was excellent, very walkable to the main attractions about 15-20min , and the bed was very comfortable. Host was also very communicative and helpful. Sometimes the other guests can be noisy depending on who else is stay in the other rooms and the hall echoes

Location is nice being close to a grocery store and a cute corner coffee shop with great cappuccinos. Easily accessible to city center so we walked everywhere. Host is so communicative and kind as well! N/A

location a little far from sights but not touristy and lots of restaurants and coffee nearby. if you don't like walking this is not for you, but this will be a block from future extension of tram line (under construction). never saw the host, only the housekeeper. there are 8 total rooms across 2 floors and rarely saw other guests. 2 shared bathrooms per floor were clean and always available. there is no breakfast so not sure why this is called a B&B. felt more like a short-term rental than a hotel. low vibe since property is split on two floors.

Nothing The whole pace was AWFUL. DO NOT STAY HERE. we had to sleep with AirPods in because it was so loud. The bathrooms were dirty and it was just overall the worst experience ever.

The self check in was easy and the host provided the information in a timely manner. The "shared bathrooms" were not an issue. Each floor has 4 rooms and 2 spacious bathrooms, so I never had to wait use the toilet or shower. It was very clean.

Location was superb. Easy walk to Borgo La Croce, a marvelous pedestrian only street that seems to attract Firenze residents -- not touristic. Excellent shops, food, a few cool bars with 5 euro cocktails (vs. 12-14 in the tourist areas), several local parks. With Borgo La Croce, you can walk all the way to the carousel near the Duomo. Apparently a good seafood restaurant across the street (Mareme); I did not get to try it this time. Host Raimondo was cordial, professional, and very responsive to any questions. Very good host. Clear instructions on door codes, etc. Would definitely stay here again. Might warn folks there are about 20 steps up to the lodgings; difficult with heavy luggage, but doable. Otherwise, everything was great.

The room was nice and the location close enough to the city center to visit, while remaining far enough that it still felt calm.

It is approximately a mile from all of the tourist attractions, making it very easy to walk and step away from what can be very crazy with tourist. Also about one block from a bus option as a way of traveling. My room was generous and size minimal and furniture and remote enough from the street so that you don’t hear a lot of noise. There’s also a nearby supermarket for getting small items you might need. My only issue was the stairs up to my room.

Anything Location, cleaning, not comfortable and no privacy

The place is near to bus stops or also you can walk safely to the center. The room is clean and comfortable.

Large private rooms, air con in each. We really appreciated the early bag drop off service Check in and out was very easy Bathrooms were clean, good shower pressure Space was quiet and relaxing! Communication with host was excellent! The mosquitos! There are screens on the windows but they aren't very effective, we still had lots of mosquitos flying in and suffered quite a lot of bites from them. Found dead bugs in the bedding (ants and mosquitos) and mould on the ceiling in the corner We stored some milk and juice in the fridge in the shared space and the next morning it was gone. Make sure you label your food. The location was in a quieter area but this meant it was a longish walk to the main tourist areas

Staff was very friendly, quickly helped either any inquiry. Placing was perfect, beautiful room, quiet and very clean.
