Very convenient , Out standing costumer service

We loved that this location is so close (easy 5 min walk) to the train station because we planned a day trip to Venice one day and a day trip to Pisa another. It was a 10-25 min to walk to any of the restaurants and major sites we wanted to see, which we felt was totally reasonable. The staff were great. We had an issue with the showerhead and someone came in less than an hour to replace it. We got fresh towels daily and the elevator worked well. There is a laundrymat 2 minutes walking distance away, and they offered a great wash/dry/fold service, which we needed since the B&B rules said we weren't allowed to wash clothes in the room. We weren't told about breakfast, so we didn't get to take advantage of that. We happened to see a sign in the hall about breakfast hours on our last night, but didn't know where breakfast would be located in the building anyways, so I'm disappointed we missed out on that.

Close to the train station. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly The signage was a little are hard see since it looks like a private residential building.

The room is small and overpriced, bed almost next to the bathroom. No space to put our toothpaste and facewash in the bathroom because the handwashing basin's edge was narrow. The room also has lots of dust, my friend got allergic. Breakfast has very limited choice, Only bread, jam and ham, yet cost 12 euro, not worth the price. There was even no egg!

Great staff that was very caring. Convenient, quiet location that is right by the train station and was also easily accessible by tramway to and from the airport.

The staff were all very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was excellent near the train station and the breakfast was a typical European one with fresh cold cuts and cheeses. Fresh bread and croissants. The location was on the first floor which had several stairs for someone to bring luggage up and down but in this B&B the staff did all of the lifting for us. They were all very kind.

Staffs are good, they try to explain clearly about accessing the property. There is elevator even though there are few steps before the elevator.

Short walk to the train station. Staff very nice and helpful. The elevator was quaint and old fashioned.

Convenient location to the train station. Very friendly staff, for the most part. Comfortable room size. Old building - lobby is up a floor with an elevator that only goes to the next floor and beyond. Lobby isn’t attended 24/7 and because we couldn’t leave our bags there as long as we wanted, we had to cut our day plans short after checking out. Definitely a mom n pop shop.

Not a great place to stay. 1. There is no lift and one hás to carry their own luggage on the first floor. 2. The lady who attended us was rude.We got the keys for the apartment with lot of hassles and then after check in while going out to buy some stuff we were stoped at the reception and asked to pay addition charges because there was some issue with the age it was a clerical error from the system but the total number of guest was correct.We agreed to pay às didn’t wanted to spoil our holidays.But the lady did not let us step out of the hotel till we paid the difference.” You have the keys só now you have to pay” this were her words.Then I went to my room got the cash and gave them. 3. AC was not cooling at all.They told me that I can only keep it on level 2 or else it will trip. 4. It is a very low grade apartment

Host was helpful and nice. Surrounding area is sketchy, next to train station.

Staff was very friendly, easy to communicate with. We did not enjoy the barnstyle opaque glass door to the washroom being immediately next to the bed. It did not feel very private and made a lot of noise when opening late at night or in the night. The beds were not very comfortable and the AC did not work during our stay.

B & B Marbo was a beautifully clean and comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with our luggage. My husband doesn’t manage stairs well and the owner insisted on helping which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was very good and they provided gluten free food for me which was very kind.
