The room was spacious and comfortable. It had everything you need. The shower was a bit tight.

The place is spacious and had a good location near the center The responsiveness of the host. My question's about luggage drop-off were ignored, and they wouldn't let me leave my luggage after check-out.At least, they could have told me about that, but it didn't happen, despite the fact I asked twice.

Location and available street parking Needs more lighting

Spacious rooms, refrigerator, AC, elevator. There is a botanical garden behind the hotel. It is a long way from the center, no one on the staff spoke English. They did not provide maps or bus information which would have been helpful.

The room was better than i expected given a bit lower rating Unfortunately, the moment i entered the room for the first time, there was a big cockroach running on the floor. there was no other bug encounter in the 2 days i stayed there.

Everyone one was very helpful. The staff and the owner went out of their way to meet my needs My room was ok except for the huge water heating machine which was noisy when in use and the bathroom was very small and with very little light.

The owner/manager (Franco) and the personal (Khadija) were/are very helpful/good/nice people.

The location is great being away from busy streets but a short walk away from the city center. The staff was stupendous, ready to help in case of emergency and the Peruvian host was the one of the most warm and welcoming people I met in the city. Full of energy, recommendations and above all a man with a big kind heart. The bed was massive and very comfortable, there was a nice balcony, and plenty of plug sockets as well as a good sized wardrobe. During my next visit in Florence I will definitely be getting back in touch to organize my next stay.

Location was fine. The Cleaning was acceptable. It says it is a bed and breakfast, but they don't serve breakfast. The staff are not properly dressed. Toilets are almost inside the shower.

A quite good location for a fair price, clean rooms, new towels and bed made everyday. Quite old rooms but for that price is very nice.
