The hosts were so friendly and helpful! The location made it so easy to walk there from the train station, as well as walking to every thing and then being able to come back to my room for a quick nap. My room was so beautiful and they had treats and waters in the room for me.

The property was perfect! It was in a great location close to Piazza Santo Spirito but still very quiet. The room was very clean and included a coffee machine and coffee/snacks. Beatrice and Francesca were the best hosts. They even scheduled our early morning taxi. It was the perfect experience and we can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommended! We will only stay here for our future trips to Firenze.

Excellent!

The main area of the room was dirty. We stayed for 4 nights and the room was never cleaned. The linens had spots, like makeup or blood, as if they were not changed from the previous tenant. Additionally, there was an elevator on the 1st floor, that could be used to skip a floor of steep stairs and carry your luggage, but we were never informed about it or the code needed to access it. We were only lucky enough to see another guest use it and had to ask about it.

The place was in an excellent location, across the bridge from most of the museums/Duomo area, while being in an area that felt slightly more local. There are great restaurant options just around the corner, as well as a famous rooftop bar and nice piazza. The staff has super helpful all the way and I think that this was excellent value. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

The B&B was perfect! Great location, wonderful hosts and very comfortable.

The owners are amazing! The rooms are plenty big, beautifully decorated, with a small refrigerator in the room, nice size towels, small coffee maker. It’s in a perfect location, and asking distance to everything. There are many steep stairs, but it’s Italy, so not much you can do about it.

The room was quite big enough for 2 people. There was an open wardrobe which we liked using. The bathroom was updated and was very clean. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our time. The location was good.

Location was perfect: close to the centre but peaceful at nighttime. We listened to a blackbird singing as the sun came up, with no traffic noise at all. Not applicable

It was a beautiful room.. Vanessa was a doll...so kind and very informative...great personality and very accommodating to our needs. The location of the B & B was excellent and close to everything. Nice 15 min walk to the train station.... had a great time and would recommend to all my friends and family.

The lovely sisters, Francesca and Bea, were such a delight to work with. They helped with recommending restaurants and even offered to book the reservations. They also booked our taxi to airport. The location is perfect. Close to some many quaint restaurants and cute shops. The building is authentic- which I loved, and the stairs are a great workout :)
