The Property was great, and in a wonderful location. The staff was extremely helpful. The wifi was not the best, and if you work from home it will be a struggle for you. Additionally, the walls were incredibly thin, but that is at no fault of the company.

Location is AMAZING (a 10 minute walk to all major sites). Great/fast communication. Easy check in. Welcomed bag storage. View from room/private balcony is outstanding. Accommodates three people. Linens were very fresh and upscale. Strong water pressure/hot water. Would book again. Lighting was dim/not working in bathroom and pictured key features. Mattress was sunken. TV did not work. Wifi was weak/not working. Nightlife/street noise continues late into the evening. Zero sound privacy, you can hear every word of other guests, as doors are thin. A little TLC would bring this B&B to its advertised glory.

Nothing Everything

The location is very good. It's near to practically all tourist attractions, restaurants, bus and train stations It's a bit pricey for a B&B accommodation. I was also expecting a hot breakfast for the price I paid but only got a basic croissant, coffee and juice combo but I would say it's adequate. Our first night was a nightmare because we were not able to sleep because of the mosquitoes. Although to be fair the owner addressed the issue by giving us mosquito repellent after I told him about it. Overall we were satisfied. ALSO it would be a big help if guests can communicate with the caretaker/owner by email since most of the guests are from other countries and our phones do not work in Italy

Exceptional

The size of the room was fabulous. It was spacious and airy. The room was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred a kettle and proper facilities to make tea and coffee. Free bottles of water should also be included to assist with hydration.

Great location within easy walking distance to everything. Room was comfortable & clean with an old world charm. Very noisy area. Hard to sleep with the noise from the bar across the road, people in the street and traffic.

Beautiful apartment right near the heart of Florence Road was loud and busy at night

The room is nothing like the pictures. It’s old, dirty, and has a terrible smell that makes it almost impossible to sleep.

location，very close to every attraction. Summer nights, 25 degrees outside, 32 degrees inside. We felt like pizza in the oven. Because the air conditioner could not cool, I suspect there are multiple air conditioner compressors next to the bedroom. It is warm in the summer if you touch the heater. We could not sleep all night and had to open the windows. We were bitten by mosquitoes many times.

Very good

The location is excellent, short walk to the main tourist attractions and one directly opposite. The room and bathroom were huge and it was quiet with good a/c The overall cleanliness of the whole building from entrance hall, stairwell and apartment. There were cockroaches in the entrance hall! We checked out a day early and found a clean, small hotel!

Exceptional

The location! Absolutely amazing, the main objects are right around the corner, like literally! The number was spacious, lovely window. The stuff guy was verry friendly, told us where we can park a park a car, let us storage luggages. The smell. The appartament had strange smell. Its ok for one night, it could be a problem if you want to stay more. The bathroom is OK, but not so well. Small and not comfortable.

Not saying the rooms where ugly, but definitely not new, very outdated and I wasn't looking forward knowing how good or bad the bed and pillows are. The bathrooms were extremely Small. The building had a weird smell of dust and you could tell it needed to be cleaned. No elevator so if you have big heavy suitcases then be prepared for it. I'd be scared to stay there by myself. Well I was with my son and I didn't feel confident and comfortable staying. Perhaps is that I don't usually stay in B&B . However I did stay in one in another region of Italy that I knew it was a B&B and it was actually quite nice.

Located very well, right around the corner of the most important sights. Good cooperation with a cafe closeby, which served us small breakfast & coffee every morning. Took the standard room which turned out as the biggest mistake; - room was not cleaned at all (mosquitos and stains at EVERY wall) - bathroom had not seen any maintenance (broken tap, which regularly got the floor completely wet while washing hands, open/smelly pipes, no lampshade for the lamp (no go) etc. see pictures) - had trash below our bed For the price paid, the room we got was just rude! The owner showed a little understanding - firstly - and wanted to refund us an agreed amount for the 3 nights, but in the end we never heard from him again or did receive any compensation. (waiting for 5+ weeks now)

Close the city centre and places where you want to see. The host is helpful. Although it was close to the city center, the room was not practical. The air conditioning was inadequate and emitted a bad odor. If you are looking for a quiet room, this is definitely not for you because the room is on the street and very noisy. Since the air conditioning did not cool, we had to sleep with the windows open, but we couldn’t sleep due to mosquitoes and human noise. However, the noise is, of course, not the host’s fault. If I come again, I would probably not choose this place
