It was loud when other people were coming or going and yhe door shut very loud.

We truly enjoyed how central it truly was to everything! there was really nothing NOT to like.

Staff was friendly and so accommodating. Location was perfect. Restaurants, shopping, and 4 minutes to Duomo. 15-20 minutes to so many other attractions.

Great location, staff were very accommodating with luggage storage. Clean and comfortable beds. Definitely would stay there again.

The Hotel Sign is not clear. No table and chairs in the room for eating. No breakfast is provided.

Air conditioner in one of our units wasn't cooling properly.

The staff were extremely warm and welcoming and helped us get setup. We comfortably had room for the 5 adults in our family, The bathrooms were new, clean, and modern. The price was competitive with other properties. The walk to the train station was safe and short and doable with all of our luggage. The property is located in a ZTL zone, so we had to wait until 8pm to drop off our suitcases since we were arriving by car.

Our Hostess Azadeh was wonderful. Fantastic communication, she greeted us warmly upon arrival and had all the info we needed from transportation, activities, parking, and food. The room was pretty and had dramatically high ceilings. The location was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Really beautiful place, looks even better in person. The host was very nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place. It also has an elevator which is very convenient for luggage

SUPERRR close to the centrum which made everything so much more fun for us! Also the room was really spacious and nice. We had a beautiful view of the duomo from our window which we absolutely loved. Recommend 100%.

Great place for a larger family. Said the location fits 6, but it only fits 5 people.

The location is perfectly centered, safe, and charming. The view out the bedroom window of the ruins could not be better. The building is well kept and maintained. The hot water can run out with four people showering. But that wasn’t a big deal.

The property is located very close to restaurants and shopping, they are all walkable . The rooms and beds were comfortable and we were allowed to check in early and allowed to leave a little late It was not an Airbnb, it is more like a hotel, no kitchen, outlet for hot water did not work, we had to use the outlet close to the floor.
