The hotel staff is very responsive and helpful. The hotel’s location is convenient for all directions: museums, the train station, walks around the city, and, at the same time, peace and quiet.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating and spoke perfect English. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk after checkout while we roamed for the entire day. We had left some items behind in our room, and the cleaning staff was nice enough to bring them down to our luggage rather than throwing them out. The location was great, a reasonable walk to all of the main attractions and train but on a quiet street away from the crowds and chaos. The room was very clean and beds very comfortable.

The room was very clean. Everyday I came back to my room it had been cleaned with fresh towels and bed made. The location was perfect, it was quiet and far from the noise of the tourism but close enough walking distance to everything.

The staff were super helpful, they got the air conditioning switched on early as we visited in early April and it was warm. Breakfast was fantastic, as was the central location. Easy to get to from the train station. We would definitely return… Nothing.

Nice and cozy hotel, with very good facilities, right next to the city center. Once can walk to the main city attractions without the need of public transportation. Good value for money.

It was lovely, great location, we went everywhere by foot, the staff were so kind and hospitable. In the mornings we left earlier than breakfast time, they preferred a breakfast “to-go” . It was areally comfortable and great stay! We loved it!

Bed is comfy, slept well. area is quiet and safe. A bit far 15 minutes walk to the center.

A beautiful, understated elegance best describes the property. It's located in a quiet part of the city within walking distance to all of the tourist spots like the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. I love the fact that you can escape all the tourists and return to your sanctuary. The breakfast is a delightful continental meal. It includes beautiful croissants and pastries, eggs, yogurt, cheeses, and salami and prosciutto. Fruits and toasts, and a coffee machine which serves multiple choices of coffee including capochino and espresso.
