Great apartment in the best location possible right in the heart of things.

The location was ideal, within walking distance to all major attractions. There are numerous restaurants and shops in the area. It can be quite noisy due to the crowds downstairs and the hourly church bells from the Florence Cathedral. If you are a light sleeper, this could be a problem.

Nothing it was disgusting. Bugs all over the bed and couldn’t even get a refund because they blamed us for “stains” on the sheet that were already previously there. I didn’t like that the host was rude and disregarding. They claimed the environment was clean but it clearly wasn’t.

Not good for light sleepers, despite curtains, room not dark due to Swatch shop across the way keeping lights on all night. Also noise from crowds on the street below until 1:30-3:00am on weekends. Also no coffee maker in room, despite in-room photos.

Great location

It had the perfect location close to many of the main sights. There is some noise from the street but that is unavoidable with traditional buildings in a busy neighborhood and churches all around. Didn’t realize the kitchen/patio is shared but was never an issue with our flat mates.

It was nicely situated very close to the Duomo! The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The shower was uncomfortably small for my husband.
-
The bedroom floor had not been swept or mopped properly. I slipped on shower drain which is not securely attached and almost fell. The lack of blackout curtains made it difficult to sleep and the Air Conditioning system was loud. Finally, the Wifi signal in our room was too weak for our TV to connect to it, so we had to place our phone by the door and cast to the t.v.

Location is right in the heart of the city, cool older building that has been well renovated. Has a communal deck that is perfect to relax on after a long day touring the city. The management is very quick to respond to any inquiries. With the fantastic location came the hustle and bustle of the city at night. The street racing room could be a little noisy at night but in the end it did not bother us or affect our sleep.

We expected a hotel room, but this is an Airbnb. That was not a problem once we figured out how to communicate with the owner. We had never used WhatsApp before. The room was well located, within walking distance to the train station and all of the attractions. It was comfortable, but small. We really liked the common area especially the enclosed patio. Being on the 4th floor meant it was very quiet. Overall, the value was high. The people in the hotel, located in the same building, were not helpful at all.

Great location The safe did not work and there was no kettle.
-
It’s a very central location. Good for exploring the area and seeing museums Our toilet dripped and the shower didn’t drain. Maintenance was in the next room until 11pm working until we spoke with them. They also tried the door handle for some reason.

Very nice apartment not to big but cute, clean and next to the most beautiful sights of Florence! Also our host was very helpful when we arrive! We didn't have wifi because it wasnt working , and the neither the data and the signal didn't work very well inside the apartment! Also it's not good that the windows don't have mesh panel that keeps insects out!

Central location, shops and food on the same street!

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I have been there for 3 Night and i never saw a person to come and clean something. All the Photos are a big lie, because what you find there ist nothing. The room is so old, dirty, the kitchen is so dirty and you can’t cook anything. .The dishes that were in the kitchen could have been washed before 1 year for the last time. I asked them about the iron to iron the clothes, but they told me that it is not part of the things that the room offers. The room is very cold and the heating works only in the evening for 2 hours, the air conditioner in the room is not working. The bed is very uncomfortable and so are the pillows. The noise in the bathroom was devastating for the ears and gave you a headache. The towels were never changed, the room was never cleaned for the 4 days we stayed there. This is not an apartment, but just a room that does not meet even the minimum requirements. Worst choice and absolutely overpriced. Ahh and something, there is no internet, it is so weak that you can't even connect your phone.

Excellent location Comfortable stay No light in shower room

The hotel was walking distance to the train station. And it was centrally located. The door was opened with a code. No one disturbed us. It also had a shared terrace and kitchen. We bought breakfast ingredients from the supermarket and had breakfast on the terrace. There was microwave and kettle. Check out is 10 o'clock. we think it is too early. But the good thing was that we were able to leave our luggage after checking out.
