Comfortable and clean in a great location

The people at the reception were not helpful and not nice. He accused me of trying to make my son stay for free while I booked a triple room for 3 people and made me pay 50 euros extra

Location.

It is located along a main road, so I just walked from Firenze Santa Maria Novella to the hotel. Room was spacious and clean, staff were nice, and even with the busy road location, it was quiet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, some of the nicest people we had the pleasure of meeting. The hotel was clean. We reserved a room for 4, it felt a bit cramped, but glad to have gotten a room for all of us to be in. It was within walking distanced of the train station and the Duomo, which was a plus. The area surrounding the hotel felt a bit uneasy for us. While walking from the train station, we passed some graffiti on a nearby building with political messaging that reflected current global tensions, "death to america," which gave us a sense of unease. As a mother traveling with my daughters, safety is a top priority, so this influenced our overall impression, even while recognizing that such expressions don’t reflect the views or experiences of everyone in the area.

The room was very spacious and clean.

This property was very close t the train station and very well situated to explore the town. They have an elevator! There is a fridge in the room as well as a window and heater. You have to leave your keys every time you leave the building.

There’s a smell in the room, it will go away but the bathroom smells the entire time

Good central location and the staff was really friendly and helpful even though we had a very late check in.

The location is great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Although the weather was cold and rainy, our room was quite warm. Otel has bad cell reception but wifi works perfectly so it didnt bother us.

The staff were excellent, very helpful and polite. We loved the helpful Albanian staff. There was no breakfast included. We added 1 additional night and the price was raise €20, why?

1. man at the reception is so RUDE, not accommodating to tired guests like us who travelled long hours from other country 2. no breakfast included 3. no mug, hot water, warm water at the room i am not happy with the amount of money i paid..

The neighborhood had some sketchy people at night so suggested to keep in small groups.

Perfect location close to train station and close to city center.

Property was clean. Staff was super helpful. Located close to the train. Not in the best neighborhood so surrounding area was not great but once you got into the hotel it was nice. Great value for the money and had rooms for a family which is rare. The surrounding area.
