Great location, great host, close to the city. Our host even helped us with some special needs for our child and valuable information for things to do beside city center :) Nothing!

Can hear a bit of the noise from other units but it’s not a deterrent to stay in this property again.

You need three keys for three doors and a lot of stairs to the room.

Property was great thanks to the host. He met my boyfriend and I outside and carried my luggage up the flights of stairs. He was very informative with sharing his favorite places to go eat, making our stay so much better!

The host was very nice and gave us a bunch of suggestions. It was a good price and decent area, especially if you want to be away from the touristy part of florence. The room was a bit cramped, there wasnt much extra space. Also most "famous" things in florence are a 10-20 minute walk away, so not ideal for some situations.

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and it was very nice. TOP LOCATION AND GREAT OWNER, which showed us the main attractions of the city and what to do while our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe.

The room was really clean, had everything you need and the location was amazing. The host was also really kind and responded really fast to any inquiry we had. The host also gave us an incredible list of places to visit and to eat/drink. It made Florence that much more interesting, I couldn't recommend this place more!

The location was very good. Big and comfortable bed. Big shower. The room is very small. Towels are not changed, the room is not cleaned (4 day stay). The sink in the bathroom is extremely small, it is almost impossible to wash your face or teeth.

Extremely silent rooms, it didn't feel like being in a city at all. Fantastic. Nice bathroom. Nothing really. But the stairs could maybe be a problem for someone with health problems. I also missed a desk in the room.

The host Simone was super lovely and helpful, he shared his recommendations to visit in Florence and was just genuinely helpful and easy to deal with. The property isn’t a hotel but more like an Airbnb type of accommodation. No one comes to change towels or clean the room. The room is very small and the walls are extremely thin. We had some teenagers coming the last night who felt like celebrating the whole night and it was awful to hear all their noise. It’s ok to stay for one night, but 3 nights like we did was a challenge.

An amazing location just outside the main tourist area but a couple of steps and you are back in the heart of things. It's great to have you own home from home. The host was really communicative before I got there and had some great local tips Can thing of anything

Good host, good location Smaller bathroom than expected. Clean but old decoration (tiles, low sunlight, wall paint) made it feel dirtier, than it really is.

The host was very welcoming! The room was very clean and the location was excellent, near the city centre (10-15 minutes from most landmarks and 25 minutes from the central station). The apartment bulding was quiet. The room was a bit small. It didn’t have a fridge, and coffee machine and there was no everyday cleaning service. Other than that our stay was very pleasant!
