Location, Room, pool, rooftop area. Morning desk worker was struggling. Possibly a new worker just out of training, but he didn't seem like he knew how to do things on the computer well.

The roof top swimming pool was great in the summer heat. The concierge was wonderful.

Location great for what we needed. Close/short walk to train and ~10 minute walk to main sights. The area on the street right around the hotel is fine, but it’s better to take a 5 minute walk toward the historic center for better restaurant options and vibes.

Location is great, super near the train station and the Mercato and easy walk to the Duomo and other sites. Breakfast is excellent and staff very helpful. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfy The room was fine for a single person; 2 people might find it a wee small. There is only one place for a suitcase, and the closet is a little small. But keep in mind that most rooms in Florence are small

Buffet breakfast nice. Location close to MAJOR train and bus stations in Florence (Santa Marie Novella). We arrived from Turin by train, and we took a couple train trips from here (e.g. to/from Siena), and departed from here to Assisi by train. Hotel also close to the Basilica. ATM 15 feet from front door of hotel. Only room at time of booking was Junior Suite. Hotel has 24 hour front desk, Neighborhood OK but after 10 PM not great. Across street is intersection road with a lot of different ethnic food. Another nearby street that intersects street of the hotel has a lot of upper scale stores. There is a LOT of bus and auto traffic during morning and night rush hours.

close to restaurants, shops, and museums. loved the rooftop bar and pool. Breakfast was also great! Our room was very small with no view.
