Feels like home Nothing , everything was great

Boni, our property manager is the best. She always helps us with everything that we need with a sincere intentions and smile. She came in early every morning, asking us if we were ok. We arrived late and she sent us a very clear instructions of how to get to the building, use the code for the gate, elevators, and the room. She showed us where to visit and help us buy the Uffizi museum tickets in advance. on our last day, we had to go to the rental car place with large suitcases at an appointment time. She helped call the taxi and sticking her head out of the 2nd floor window to make sure, the taxi came to pick us up on time. Just like a warm auntie who worried about you.!! Cannot say enough about her service. Breakfast is excellent with varieties, coffee machine, pastries, cakes, cheese, meat, yogurt, fruits. Location is superb, walking to all the tourist places. Very near to the market with all the food courts and street markets. Room is very clean and quiet and cool from aircondition. Bed is great to sleep in. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here when we come back next time. none

Perfect location near terminal and also closer to everything. We stayed here for 3 days during crazy summer heat and AC was working perfectly fine. As an American we cannot live without AC ?

It was near the train station. We were welcomed by the lady in the reception and she was really helpful. Everything stinks ? Towels stink, bed sheet stinks, pillows stink, room stinks and bathroom stinks! Although there is (seems) a ventilation in bathroom, it stinks moisture and it never goes away. We kept it open all night but still it stinks. We keep windows open when we are away, the room stinks the same when we are back. And I don’t think the room and towels are cleaned enough because I found hairs everywhere, one of the towels even had a stain on it. I can usually tolerate up to some point but it was too much. I counted hours to leave this place.. Plus, room was small and the bed was uncomfortable. I had shoulder pain for the 2 mornings we had in this place. Breakfast wasn’t sufficient.

Bathroom too small. Shampoo packages and body wash no spot to put in the shower. Front desk people there 8am to 6pm. That's a joke. Noisy location.

The location is fantastic and the staff is really kind! The breakfast was really good, you have some options to choose from. It is close to the train station and only a few minutes away from Santa Maria del Fiore. I would definitely stay here again!

- Great location - The woman at reception recommends nice places - Clean - Noice is terrible, did not sleep well at night. - Light all over the room, the windows are old so a lot of light is coming from the street. - Breakfast is the most basic I’ve seen, almost did not eat at all. - Elevator is very scary
