The friendliest and most helpful front desk staff of anywhere I ever stayed. Barista/breakfast staff was rude- but that’s okay because the front desk made up for it.

The location is close to the train station and convenient for exploring The bathroom was small and dated. The breakfast was geared towards Americans (pancakes and bacon)

Modern rooms pretty quiet considering the bustling location. Breakfast service poor. Rude lady server, who became aggressive when we asked for some milk for the cereal. Probably not suited to customer contact.

The property was right in the heart of the city just 10 mins walk maximum from the Florence main train station. Moreover the front desk Staffs Mr. Jovani, Mr. Nicola and Jasper were really nice, welcoming and friendly in all aspects of their work and behaviour. Nothing that I can think about that I can complaint about I had a great time.
