Hotel Atlantic Palace

The mini fridge was very small and the wifi was quite slow.

Wifi was unreliable.

Staff is supportive, help me to change room with bathtub. Room is a bit small but clean and tidy. Breakfast is quite good. There was steps from elevator to the rooms which is inconvenient if you carry lot of luggages.

Everything was great: quiet neighborhood, easy walkable to all the best food and attractions, friendly stuff, clean, comfortable rooms and accommodations. Doesn’t have elevator but that’s expected in Venice, so no surprises, no big deal. Not a problem.

Bathrooms were a little small

Located centrally, easy access to the city center and the train station The area is a bit "dirty" and noisy. Too much trafic and too much market around

I understand it’s old building But they could use more comfortable mattresses they have cheap ones inside wasn’t that clean dust under the bed and bathroom had mold in shower the bathroom door barely closes you have to lift it up in order to close it their curtains are old and dirty They can do better upgrade I would not stay there even if they offer me money

The bathroom was very dimly lit, with barely enough light to see properly. The ceiling shook and crumbled whenever people walked on the floor above. Upon entering the room, the first thing that caught my eye was the top of the wardrobe, covered in what looked like a year’s worth of dust. This does not resemble a four-star hotel.

Housekeeping was the only challenging issue. The do not disturb sign was rarely respected & replenishing toiletries was an issue.

This place is a steal! The breakfast is fantastic, and the staff is truly amazing. They all work together so well, and after checking out, Massimo and Simone shared some helpful tips to make our trip through town even better.

The property was closely located to the city center, as well as restaurants and bars. I also like that the property offered valet service for our vehicle as parking is very difficult to find. I also like the cleanliness and uniqueness of this establishment. The only thing that I did not like about the property for the price that we pay for a one night suite why isn’t breakfast included.

Very welcoming and accommodating, as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and I was helped with my bags. It took the stress off of me from traveling all day No complaints here

Everything, the room was excellent and clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable always with a smile ? the fact that we can walk to several important and popular places. I'll stay without a doubt again here and if possible same room. Very happy ? ? to choose Atlantic Hotel. That we couldn't stay longer..????

The breakfast was good. We had to pay but for some it was complimentary. The shower flooded the room each time we used it. The sink took forever to drain. Bed was not comfortable and safe worked sporadically. The noise started early in the morning on some days. The safe worked sporadically.

The room was extremely cold and the water is pure cold in winter, I got sick and now I’m suffering due to cold sleep and cold shower, I insist for refund for the first two days sleeping in cold weather and cold shower in the middle of winter

There isn’t any restaurant for lunch and dinner
