Hotel Arcadia

Incredibly convenient proximity to the Tram outside the front door, and a 5min walk to the train station. The front door was easy to walk by, tucked in off the street next to a parking garage entrance.

All the staff were amazing.. especially Emanuelle....

The lighting in the bathroom and the room could be better. Especially the shower.

Hotel was great, breakfast was very good and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It is walking distance to the main tourist areas and is next to the train station so easy to get to. The room was a good size and very clean.

Very good location and nice staff. Breakfast had good options too. They have luggage storage that is very helpful My AC wasn’t working in the first day, they couldn’t find someone to fix it because it was a weekend, but it turned out working again so no problem.

The staff were very welcoming and nice. The luggage storage option was helpful, allowing me to tour the city freely before check-in and after check-out. The room was cleanly maintained, and the breakfast provided was ok. Additionally, the hotel's location right next to the train station is highly convenient for daytime travel. There was a strong, unpleasant odor in the staircase. Additionally, due to the hotel's proximity to the central train station, the surrounding streets felt unsafe and uncomfortable to navigate after dark due to people loitering in the area.

This place is hilarious in all the worst ways. After walking through the Florence slums, it feels like entering a prison. Got to accidentally experience the sketchy basement after being stuck in their tiny elevator. The staff was nice! The location feels a bit dangerous after dark. Multiple security codes needed to enter the building. Nothing about it is pleasant to look at, and you can hear noise from the train station.

Amazing stay! The room was very comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the station, in an area busy with restaurants, cafes, and easy access to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a view for the duomo. The room was comfortable and good size for the 3 of us. No complaints
