Hotel is a gem. Excellent area near museums. ..clean and beautiful room. ..Comfy bed and tv with some English channels. …Hot breakfast with quite a spread including gluten free options. ..Modern bathroom. …elevator…terrace. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Wish it had a kettle in the room

Shabby rooms. Advertised as a four-star hotel but the furnishings are more like a two or three-star hotel.
-
It is a hotel close to all the important things to see in Florence, the work team is very friendly and Carlos was simply wonderful. The hair dryer is a little old and the hotel being in a central area is somewhat noisy but not annoying.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It is close to all the Piazzas and shopping. The breakfast was great with a large variation of sweet and savory options. The staff was very kind.

A fantastic find! We only stayed for our last night, but we were blown away by the service and the location. The breakfast was incredible, our only regret is not staying longer

The breakfast is good It doesn’t look or feel at all like a 4-star hotel. More like a 2-star

Location is an easy walk to major attractions and many restaurants. Has an elevator for convenient access to upper floors. Very good breakfast buffet with hot and cold items. Staff is friendly and helpful. Can’t make direct reservations without using Booking.com

Best free breakfast ever, anywhere! Water pressure was low; some days were medium. The heart of Florence is nearly 700 years old; I guess water pressure could be a problem.
-
Perfect location for walking to museums, shops & restaurants. Lovely sitting and dining areas and an upstairs porch. Our room was very quiet. The bathroom in our room was very small & cramped. The water pressure would vary greatly depending on the time of day as well as the temperature.

Very good location. Welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast was also very good. There is a small terrace upstairs, BYOB, which we enjoyed after long, hot days touristing. Nothing really. Absolutely would stay here again.

Comfortable room, decent air conditioning, good breakfast. Welcoming and helpful staff, great location. Really appreciated having the mini fridge in room. Nothing.

Lovely staff and conveniently located to train and attractions Perhaps a little pricey

really old place , falling apart , the only nice thing about this place is location and the breakfast personal , checking out just ask for tap water , and i was ask to pay even though my stay included all things in the bar that i didn’t get to use , imagine staying in a place asking for water and they said you have to pay , unbelievable , if you want pictures i can send pictures of my falling apart room everything was bad , they need to close and renovate this place

It was filthy. There was blood dripping down the toilet in front and into the tile grout. There were brown smudges (not sure what substance) on the bathroom wall tiles. You could barely get into the bathroom. The toilet prevented the door from opening past 40%. The carpet didn’t look vacuumed. And this was our most expensive hotel for our trip. Very disappointed. We weren’t comfortable. We went out and purchased cleaning supplies because we weren’t convinced the hotel knew how to clean.
