Great location. Room size was very nice for being in the center of town. A/C was good too. Breakfast was a nice selection. Simple. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Great Location! Hotel was great for the 4 of us (one king, two twin beds). Bathroom was really good. Hotel Breakfast was continental style with pastries, fruit, yogurt, good coffee and juice. Staff was welcoming, attentive, and informative. Hotel was family friendly and good for a middle-class budget. I'm not saying it's a 5-star hotel, but it worked great and we were comfortable. Beds were comfortable, water pressure or hot and cold were never a problem. Great Stay!

Fabulous location Super helpful staff Great breakfast Holding our luggage before and after check out was so helpful!

Lovely accommodations, perfect location, and exceptional hospitality. The owner personally found us at the crowded train station to return money I had accidentally left in the safe. Such kind, honest people. Highly recommend!!

The room we had was very large and the bathroom was nice and big. There was no real lobby and the staff was not there 24-7. The breakfast room was small but the breakfast was good.

I loved how close this hotel was to the Duomo and the train station. The shower had half a window/door; if the rubber on the bottom of the window/door wasn't positioned correctly, the water would get everywhere. It required heavy pushing.

The room was very comfortable. Loved the shower! The staff were friendly and helpful. Interesting history about the building. The stairs were a killer when on the top floor. The outside street wasn’t the best. The breakfast was decent.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel with a friendly staff. The room was quite large and had many amenities including a breakfast.

Location, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean Everything was excellent

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location is great - 200 yards from the Central Market. Very charming establishment and comfortable. Peacefully slept through the night the entire duration of our stay. Breakfast was very good, consisting of choice of croissants, cereal, toast, donuts, juices, yogurt, coffee and cappuccino, and other selections. Staff were constantly checking to make sure everything was well stocked up and the tables were cleared. I believe this is family owned, and they really take it seriously. We really enjoyed our stay. Towels were a little thin. One morning the guests above us were a little loud and you could hear them moving around. The first evening, employees at the commercial establishment next door were very loud, but during business hours, so not a problem. I thought I had a really minor complaint which I asked about in a message over a week after my stay, but they responded within 24 hours to my message, and ends up I was completely wrong. So kudos to them on that.

Location, location, location! Staff was so polite and friendly. Decent breakfast, comfortable beds. All the amenities you need. Literally 3 mins to Mercato Centrale, 8 mins to Duomo, 13 mins to Uffizi. Tons of restaurants nearby and grocery around the corner. Room was a little compact but bed was large and shower was strong.

We were treated very well. The staff was acomodating, very friendly and eager to please. Breakfast was really great. We would have preferred having a regular elevator. I'm 70 and my wife is 67. Altkough we are very strong going up and down the stairs takes it's toll after a while.

I loved that this was such a quaint hotel There was nothing I did. It like. It was a very accommodating facility

Charming, unique, and beautiful with historical significance yet modern comfort and amenities I liked everything about this property.
-
Great location, spacious room. Portable fans were hard to adjust correctly.
-
The location was great. But at the same time was quiet enough to sleep at night. The inclusion of free coffee and breakfast was great! As well as the friendly and helpful staff. They were great about arranging transportation to airport and train station.

Loved the location, loved the friendly and knowledgeable staff. No

Accessible to the duomo Too tight for 4 people

Everything about our stay here exceeded our expectations. Upon check in, the staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was exactly what we needed for a family of four (Adult child and teenager), we were able to spread out and have plenty of space. The loft was great. The additional things that made this stay great may seem simple, but they just made this our favorite place we stayed for our entire trip. Things like a fan in the room, plenty of storage space for our bags, shelves in the bathroom for you toiletries, tasty coffee in the room, mini fridge, power adapters, and additional space in the room to just sit in comfy chairs or sit at the desk and write postcards. The hotel over all was clean, offered a really nice breakfast and a simple rooftop terrace that was great to just sit in the morning and drink your coffee. Location of the hotel was perfect as well. Not far from the train station and walking distance to most of the attractions. The market near by was fun to browse through.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast has good variety to start your long day. Great location. Elevator to the first floor only, so pack light. Our stay was good but Shower did not have hot water. Design of the shower was very difficult to navigate. ?
