I liked the location of the hotel. It was close enough to the station to walk to it. The first night I stayed the AC wasn't working. It was during a heat wave in Europe

Great location with a friendly staff. It is located up stairway on the third floor but offers a small elevator. Limited views from the windows of the room.

In the middle of all the fun in Florence. Everything was in a walking distance. Despite that being in a crowded area, the windows had decent isolation. Nothing major, sometimes there was a strong detergent smell in the room.

Wonderful place only steps away from the duomo. It’s on the second floor, you can hear a little from the outside but it’s very quiet. I would not hesitate to book here. It’s close to everything! The beds were so hard. But that is a personal issue, many like it that way.

The location could not be better. The room, while basic, was quiet, cool, dark, and was my favorite stay during a three week trip. People were nice, efficient, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. A bit dated with decor but does that really matter?

Shower didn’t have great drainage or container, so water spread across the bathroom floor easily. This one isn’t the property’s fault, but beware the 7AM church bells — there’s no drowning them out.

Fantastic location for a first timer in Florence & good value for money compared to other accomodations. Nothing I didn’t not like, the room is simple, basic, the wet room shower didn’t drain very well in my single room, so I was left getting ready in a puddle of water.
