Personale molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Colazione molto varia e con ottimi piatti. Acqua fresca sempre a disposizione anche per riempire le borracce. La camera era molto grande con un letto matrimoniale comodo e il servizio pulizia eccellente. Bagno un po' vecchio stile e leggermente piccolo ma nulla da ridire. L'unica forse grande pecca è l'insonorizzazione che manca completamente, pur troppo si sente tutto comprese le persone che parlano da altre camere.

Good breakfast, 2 minute walk from train station, 15 minute walk from Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, laundry service available, air conditioning is great but a little noisy Could hear toilets from floor above flushing as if they were in my room

I loved the location next to the train station and a short walk to the center. At night it was a little seedy looked like some unsavory things going on, we never got harassed but we did keep our guard up. The walls were very thin you can hear everything but I have learned from other places we stayed in Italy this is the norm unless you are staying in high end hotels.

Excellent stay!!! Super well located, 2-3 minutes walk to the train station and ~20 minutes to the city center (flat). Super friendly staff and very good breakfast. We highly recommend this place to stay in Florence Nothing, everything was good
