The location is accessible, and the place was clean. Overall, it's not bad for a 1 night stay. The beds are hard, and the street noise is loud.
-
Hard access area, not clean at all, not good facility, far from downtown.

Not good Very old and bad situations

Piss of previous client in the toilet

The staff was good and understood the needs. They agreed to keep the luggage after our checkout. The bathroom was small, terrible and claustrophobic. There was no handle on the bathroom door, and was cheap quality for the room we took. One person can hardly fit in the shower area. There wasn't enough light in the room or bathroom.

It is in a very good location. The beds were comfortable. It was hit, no ac, so we had the window open. It is a very busy intersection and was very loud.

It’s located on a very busy, noisy street

It was full of insects

Good value, very kind and helpful staff person. Able to leave luggage in the day. I don't like that they are charging for tea and coffee, and there was actually no breakfast available the morning I was there.

Has animal in the Bed and is dirty

Traffic was very noisy - we had to use earplugs. No breakfast - only hot water from the coffee machine was free. The room was very basic with no decorations.

Parking is not free. It costs €30 in the hotel area and €20 about 500 meters away in an underground parking garage, which is accessible to anyone. We arrived at 22:30, and the hotel’s parking was already closed, receptionist was already gone. As street parking is not allowed in the area, we had to park in a private parking garage outside the hotel area. The hotel is located in a historic building, but the room was quite noisy and somewhat reminded me of a Soviet-era building. The balcony, however, was very nice. I slept poorly, partly because I was worried about the car and the belongings inside, as theft seems to be a concern in the area. Hotel service was also not available in the morning. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement.

The staff were kind and helpful, offering recommendations for things to do in Florence. I did not like that there were bed bugs. I had the misfortune of discovering that I am also allergic to these bugs during my stay here. I developed an infection and had to go to the emergency room.

The only really good thing about this place was Chris who greeted us at reception. He was helpful, super friendly and gave us great information during our stay. There was a mini fridge in the room. This place needs work and updating. There was wallpaper peeling off the wall, shutters on the window had broken planks, the bed wasn’t that comfortable (too firm), and the pillows were flat. The bathroom setup was weird, you had to walk through the shower to get to the toilet (I kid you not!) so if someone just had a shower your feet are getting wet to use the toilet. There was a balcony but the chairs were dirty and the cleaning people kept the mop and bucket there so when they needed it they walked by the balcony door to get it, perhaps another spot would be better to store it so the guest is not disturbed by having someone randomly walking by the door. There was supposed to be a breakfast available but it was closed while we were there.

The location and the mood are very nice. The heating is a bit lacking, I was a very cold night.

The location is reacheable even just by walking from the train station and other tourist spot. The price
