Staff was very attentive Comfortable and clean

Location A young front desk lady with black hair was rude. Cleaning lady opened my window letting all the flies into the room. I’m allergic to mosquito so my husband had to kill them before we went to bed. The room was super hot when we returned after a day out and about.

The location was pretty good, I thought better than a lot of small hotels around there. There was an elevator which was a bit tight and tricky to operate at first but it was great to have it. The breakfast was great, the room was bigger than our room in Rome and very quiet. it was all good. was a bit confusing about the elevator at the beginning

Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Very Nice staff. Had a nice rain shower head but it was somewhat broken and leaked. Can be loud at night with people coming and going in the small hallways.

The location is very close to the center, the staff is very kind and the room is very comfortable. It doesn't really matter but I didn't have a view otherwise I liked everything

Location…walkable to see Statue of David, and other sights Tiny lift, too many stairs that were steep, room wasn’t clean. Needed to select a time for breakfast as limited tables….

Fantastic location short walk to Duomo n many other sites. Small elevator but beats carrying luggage up stairs. Breakfast very filling n included specialty coffee Not enough counter space in bathroom. Window hinge was broken in bathroom Small but adequate space

The staff was so friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good. Great location as well The lights outside on the building were so bright that it was hard to sleep. They need black out curtains

Great location Hotel was good enough

The location, the comfort, the staff. Basically everything was great and i highly recommend this place. We were able to leave the luggage there before check in and after check out, also. The breakfast was average. Good coffee and friendly staff however.

Excellent location, delicious breakfast to start the day, and very friendly staff who were always happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location location location

The location was very convenient. The desk attendants were friendly and helpful. The second morning the breakfast cold meats, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers & rolls by 7:30-8:00 seating were depleted and not replenished; only croissants and sweet items were replaced. The hot scrambled eggs were also gone and not replaced but not of interest to me anyway. Also already gone was the ready-to-drink American coffee & it took some time to get the cappucino and Americano

The front desk staff, particularly Clara were incredibly helpful and kind. Our room, the quadruple, was an excellent size and perfectly accommodated our family of 4. The location of the hotel is superb, right in the heart of the city center and easily accessible to the train station. The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.
