Great location. No bar in the hotel and breakfast didn't open until 7.30am.. which was to late, as we were there for an exhibition build.

Absolutely nothing I waited 15 minutes to check-in, nobody at reception. We were put on the 2nd floor which had an elevator but you had to walk a flight of stair down to get to and from your room to the elevator so what's the point of an elevator? The room and bathroom were tiny with no coffee/tea or bathroom extras. The parking is next to the hotel but is a long walk to take luggage and there are no carts. All of this adds up when you are senior citizens with back and knee problems. Nobody offered to help us with our bags. The breakfast was ok. This Hotel is way too expensive and very very tired to be charging the price we paid. We will never return to this place.

Our stay at Hotel Golf in Florence was absolutely wonderful. What truly made the difference was the exceptional service we received from the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel valued and at home throughout our stay. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the beauty of Florence. After long days of sightseeing, it was always a pleasure to return to such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. We highly recommend Hotel Golf to anyone visiting Florence and would gladly stay here again.

The beds are comfortable and the Aircon works so you can get a good night sleep. The room is of a reasonable size. The breakfast was reasonable and there was a selection of cold meats and salads as well as yoghurts and pastries. You could get yourself coffees from the machine. The parking facilities on site were good. The hotel itself is extremely tired, it feels like the hotel is waiting to be taken over and renovated. Everywhere is old and tired even the wallpaper looks worn out, Bathroom fittings are old and creaky the shower cubicle door did not shut properly so water got all over the floor of the bathroom and the extractor was not working. The bathroom was also very dark and dingy as the lighting was very low. The hotel is located on a major road and so it is dusty and noisy and it is quite a long way from the centre of town and all of the historical attractions so if you're going to walk be prepared for a long walk.

It was a great stay! We loved our room, breakfast was superb and staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a good location, with walking distance to the city centre The shower was too small. Other than that, everything was great!
