The bed was comfortable, AC worked, bathroom was good, same with towels. It felt very good for the price point. Breakfast was above average, we enjoyed it very much, we were full for most of the day. Even the minibar had fair prices. Just to say something I scratched my leg against a corner in the bathroom, everything else was fantastic:

Comfort, Good Location, Peaceful, Friendly Staff. We had an amazing experience! The smell in the room. Smelled like glue or something, maybe because of the wallpaper or something else. But wasn’t that bad. We got used to that. We could just feel when we enter the room. After some minutes it’s okay.

Staff was very friendly, they were ready with early check in. Breakfast had a lot of options and self service cappucino machines. The balcony was nice and it was only a 20 minute walk to city center and a 10 minute walk to the gardens across the river.

Breakfast had a nice selection. There was an issue with maintenance of the sink in our room and they moved us across the street before check in, to their other property. It was convenient and an easy transition.

The included breakfast was really not worth the extra charge; we skipped it after a couple of days. We found a local Cafe instead.

Tasty breakfast, parking in a garage nearby Average walking distance of 20-25 mins to city center sometimes with a kid was a bit too much but we knew this already before and chose the average priced parking option compared to hotels near the city the center

Staff was very hospitable and helpful, location was on point, and overall it 's been a great experience to visit Florence and more so while staying in this hotel. Highly recommend it !

The only negative was that the walls in the bathroom were a bit dirty. There were spots of an unknown substance and a smashed mosquito on the bathroom wall that could have been easily removed if the room was cleaned thoroughly.

I did not choose a room with breakfast; however, I had the chance to try it, and it was really good. I want to highlight the high quality of the hotel, the rooms, and the shared spaces. The hygiene and cleanliness were excellent, the room was absolutely immaculate. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well designed. I expect to be in Florence again in 2026, and I will definitely book at Hotel Jane once more. Customer service was excellent, and the ladies at the front desk were professional and very kind. i could not spend more days :(

Breakfast was limited but tasted decent. Rooms and bathroom are really small and walls are paper thin. Room is like 20x20, maybe and bed (full which supposed to be Queen) isn’t 5 feet in width.
