Amazing location. Center of everything. If you intend to only sleep and spend no time in hotel, it's great. Bathroom is spacious. Staff was friendly. Really close to train station. Breakfast sucked. You have to pay for hot tub. They have few amenities. TV sucks. Elevator is claustrophobic. Very little shelf room. Not very many outlets in room.

Location Roaches and hair in their breakfast

Very small rooms, no space for any clothes or in the bathroom to put your basic cosmetics even toothbrush anywhere. Overpriced and not the best quality for the guests

Incredible breakfasts with huge selection of hot and cold food. Comfortable room, but plain, not fancy. Only problem was nowhere to put things in bathroom, so took one of end table by bed into bathroom and put chair as end table. Desk staff very good. Location wonderful - just everything in Florence was walking distance. Tons of restaurants all around as well. Bathroom needed at least a shelf.

Breakfast was fantastic, all good products and very tasty. The location is very close to the train and bus central stations that is very good for connections to other cities including to visit near by places like Siena, Pisa and Lucca. It also walkable to main attractions and also you have bus and tran urban services in less than 5 minute walk. Room with good space and all clean. Bathroom , shower and cleaning excellent. There is a small refrigerator, but it lacks a freezer compartment; that could be improved. A perfect place near good restaurant and gelatos. I liked that it was an easy walk to the train station and to the historical locations.

Everything went well. Great location. The breakfast food (eggs, etc) could have been warmer.

It was really close to the city center. The room was on top of a bar, therefore we found it uncomfortable to sleep. We communicated our problem to the staff members and they didn’t do anything to help us.

Near mercato central and other places of interest Dated, no closet space and in the bathroom need hooks for used towels and cabinet space for toiletries

The hotel has a wonderful staff who were always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is very convenient, close to railway station and near the city center. Everything you need is nearby. Breakfast offered plenty of choices. I did not like that the hotel had not done enough to protect the room from mosquitoes. After it got dark, mosquitoes appeared in the room. Throughout the night, I had to deal with them as they kept bothering us.

Great location and good breakfast. The hotel is great for families with children, our room had beds for five people. Location is great, close to train station and anything you want to do in Florence. The single bathroom is small and it would be nice to have a soap dish in the shower. There is also no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
