The air conditioning doesn’t work but the front desk fix the problem! Small place, poor breakfast!

Breakfast was great, the room and bathroom were small, but can't beat the location and price!

Build from the 1700s, great staff, great breakfast, great room, free water bottles in the cooler which was amazing during Europe heat wave. Been in Europe for over a week and in 5 hotels total. Def best breakfast. Because the building is old there are no elevators, so you have to carry luggage yourself. Literally only thing though this hotel is amazing.

The room was dark, cool, and comfortable. Some of the best sleep I have ever had. The location is very convenient to the SMN train station but also a short walk to the duomo and major sites. Excellent breakfast. The local neighborhood isn’t exactly the most charming, but the convenience more than makes up for it.

The infrastructure, the staff was so nice I liked everything

The bathroom was extremely small, which make it uncomfortable for two travelers to share. Adding a mirror or vanity area in the main would be helpful /recommended.

Location to everything Air conditioning in room was not blowing enough to cool room. Was not able to find control settings

Friendly staff and breakfast was better than most places we stayed for the rest of our trip in Italy. They offered bacon and eggs every morning, plenty of pastries and meat, yogurt & juices were very good. Excellent location right around the corner from the piazza and close a 6 min walk to the train station. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. We stayed 4 nights and after the 1st couple nights we started using our airplane pillows to offer some comfort.

The location of this hotel suited us very well. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore the main attractions of Florence. The staff were always welcoming and attentive. Nothing to mention here

Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay! The room was lovely, and the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. We arrived well before check-in, and they happily watched our luggage until our room was ready. They even gifted us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which was an awesome touch! The location is perfect—so close to all the main attractions in Florence, making it easy to pop back to the room for a quick nap before dinner. A little scary: I received a WhatsApp message from a scammer claiming to be from the hotel, sharing a link to complete my check-in. I reached out to the property to validate it, and they confirmed their Booking platform had been hacked, exposing my phone number, full name, and dates of stay (though they assured me no credit card info was compromised). I'm glad I checked, or that could have ended very badly! I just wish the hotel had proactively warned me beforehand. However, the staff was helpful once I called, and the stay itself was wonderful. Thank goodness this didn't ruin our trip!

The location and the staff. The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was great. There is only one mirror! If your partner is using the bathroom, you are out of luck. Also, please remove the wood shelve next to the tv in room 14. I almost hit my face in more than one evasion.

The owner of the hotel was there and he was super helpful. The bed confortable and towels, sheets were very very clean. The location is very good. Walking distance to everywhere
