Great location. Very quaint. Exceptionally nice staff. Rooms are very small. Can be a little loud until about midnight

Great location. Great staff. Excellent value. Room was very small like RV small and showers was almost impossible it was so small. AC was ok at best.

Our first room was very small but still comfortable and charming. We extended our stay and had to move to the annex which was a bit bigger.
-
Superior, extremely helpful staff.

Excellent property with great history. The taxi organised by the property charged extra

This hotel is in an amazing location with great, kind and helpful stuff. The breakfast is wonderful, as well.
-
The breakfast was good overall, but we missed having some fresh vegetables available.

The location was perfect. The staff was terrific. The room had plenty of space and it was quiet. Breakfast was nice and the staff was super attentive. The only thing we didn’t like was an unpleasant smell (like sewer) on the stairs. Fortunately it was only on the stairs and not in the room.

Wow! What a beautiful hotel and amazing hosts. Mario and Gabriel were welcoming and great at showing us where to go in Florence and teaching us some Florence history. They even offered us coffee and bread even after breakfast hours. The hotel is located in a perfect location, not too far away from anything and away from the noise and chaos tourism brings. Not far from where the ZTL area starts so as a tourist it is beneficial, because we cannot drive in those areas most of the time and need to walk to the hotels with all of our luggage. Nothing. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was great! They provided good recommendations to know the city, helped a lot with the accommodation and supported us with early arrival.

Clean updated apartment. Incredibly safe for a solo mom traveling with children. Exceptional customer service.

The apartment was a great size in an ideal Location. Easy walk to both the Uffizi and Duomo. Nice space with refrigerator and small table. Had everything you could need. It is an old building so the bathroom is small but it didn’t leak so maybe just a larger holder for items in there if possible.

The property was authentic to Florence and had a wonderful history. It was easily located and charming. Showers were small

Excellent location. Lovely breakfast of coffees, juices and mostly pastries. Simple but generous and fresh. Stairs to room manageable. Booked an economy double bed, smaller room, but it was a perfect size and well appointed. Hosts were terrific. Very kind and helpful. The valet service was wonderful as there really isn’t parking. No complaints! Quite a nice stay.

This is a small hotel in a historic building, very convenient location. The hotel staff greeted us very friendly with a glass of juice, gave us a map and advised where to eat and what to see etc. we liked the breakfast in the morning. Our particular room was super small but we had a nice stay regardless.
