Fantastic location, classy hotel, friendly staff. Nothing that we didn’t like but, rooms are quite small but that is understandable in such an old and historical property

The hotel staff were not just very professional but also gave us a warm welcome every day. The location couldn't have been better. Florence was experiencing a heatwave with minimum temperatures of 39⁰c all week, we were very grateful for the excellent air conditioning throughout this lovely hotel. We found the pillows very very soft and would have preferred something with a little more support, however, this is a personal preference and I'm sure others may find them OK.

The bell boys were very nice and location was great The breakfast was so so… the rest was bad. There are stairs to go to every room so it was difficult to reach. The beds were regular, the pillows bad, the A/C BAD My daughters room had the A/C not working and they denied to change the room without charging extra.

Beautiful property in an excellent location. So easy to walk to all the sight. Frederico was extremely helpful and recommended some amazing local restaurants. No swimming pool
