San Firenze Suites & Spa

The location is perfect- extremely central, yet not too loud or hectic on the street. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help with all of our needs. The junior suite was very luxurious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was top-notch. We would stay at San Firenze Suites again any time! A special thanks to Allessandro. This was our favorite hotel during a two week vacation in Europe spanning numerous properties! Be sure to email them directly to confirm if you make any changes via Booking.com. We cancelled one of our two rooms on Booking.com and it caused some confusion when the system did not sync.

The location was fantastic, we were only minutes from all the major attractions. We walked everywhere. The square its located in was lovely with beautiful little bars and restaurants on our doorstep. Breakfast had a great selection there was something for everyone. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. Nothing it was exactly what we wanted in a hotel.

Good central location to the major sites. The property and staff were very nice. The pillows were very hard but that is nitpicking. One staff member at the front desk was very unhelpful ( Leonardo ) ??? Not sure but the rest of them were all very nice.

Loved everything about this hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean; very nice bedding. Very welcoming staff and super helpful with patking and making dinner arrangements. Great breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel, great location also when you travel by car. Nothing, all was wonderful

I enjoy the fact that it was a small hotel, but had everything as a big hotel with a personal touch. There was nothing to dislike.

Our room was amazing - which we had hoped as we booked their penthouse suite. Basically a bedroom, living room, 2 bathrooms and an upper deck with a complete view of the city and a hot tub. The staff there is amazing, willing to help in any way possible to make your stay more fun. Alejandro made sure that we had everything possible to enjoy our stay. The breakfast is amazing. Location is perfect. I could not imagine staying anywhere else if we return. Navigating the TV's was a challenge, only because the World Cup was in progress!

The location and staff were great!

1. The central location of the property . Uffizi and palazzo Vecchio are 1 min ! Duomo is 5 mins , Santa Croce basilica 7 and Accademia 12 mins walk. Choice of some amazing restaurants in the area as well. 2. Staff - very welcoming and helpful. Special mention and thanks to Andrew who helped us and gave some amazing recommendations from the time we were welcomed inside the hotel 3. Spacious room- party of 4- 2 adults and 2 kids (but 17 and 14) . We booked the suite and the kids were given sofa beds in the living area section which were very comfortable and spacious. The bedroom had a a dome view and comfortable bed. Very clean room and bathroom. Just have to be a little careful getting in and out of the bathtub shower since it’s pretty high. It was great. No complaints at all.
