Simply the best hotel I have stayed in in Europe and I have been to many places. Value for money, amazing location, awesome room, spotless clean. Staff very friendly and kind. Few steps to piazza Della Signoria and palazzo Vecchio. Nothing.

It was in a good location near plenty of restaurants and bars nearby but the hotel was quiet. The room had character and history which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful The towels were small and very thin

Location, location, location! 100 metres from Piazza della Signoria, wow! Spotless apartment, no views but the windows opened for air, great. Wonderful shower, if tight for bigger, older folk. I flooded the bathroom because the top switch was for the horizontal jets, not the top shower spray, good fun. Staff were very helpful and responded to requests. Beds very comfortable. It is not a hotel by my understanding, however, I would have no problem returning or recommending anybody else, when knowing the limitations. Loved it. Nothing really. It was a marvellous place to stay in the heartbeat of Florence.
