The location I didn't mind but the bedroom was a bit small.

Excellent location + Spacious and clean room + polite and responsive staff, going above and beyond to make our stay at the place a success. N/A

We had a wonderful time at Galileo 2000. Such a great value for its location and the beauty of each room! The staff went above and beyond to help us arrange taxis and hold our luggage for us, and everyone was very courteous and friendly.

Charming room in a great location! Staff was extremely helpful and walked us through the entire room upon check in and pointed out all the must see items in Florence for our short stopover stay! Will be back! The square was active and loud at night into the early morning on a busy Friday night. A product of a great location, no fault of the property.

We had the entire apartment. One bedroom beautifully decorated and furnished. Very clean. Quiet. Freshly ironed sheets. Nice two bathrooms and bidet's. Shower was great. Great breakfast place right out side on the corner. Location is fantastic. Nothing it was great.

The room was dark, no way for daylight to come in.

The property is outstanding! Thank you!

A super nice place with character (in the best way♥️). Close to all major places of interest, the location couldn’t have been any better. Spotless clean. Free water at the reception which was super thoughtful. Daily towel exchange and all the amenities one could think of. Helpful staff. Couldn’t have asked for a better place in Florence! Everything was great, really. ✨ Just to give some constructive feedback: On the first night I came to the reception to ask for an extra blanket (we got one, which is totally OK for couples, but we weren’t a couple) and the receptionist asked if what we had wasn’t enough, which I found a little odd. Also I booked a two-room apartment on purpose and another receptionist was surprised we wanted to use both rooms for sleeping (that’s why one books apartments / suites, not a regular room). Little things like that, nothing negative to say!

very nice and comfortable stay

Location, location, location! Than the room was quite large, with a beautiful hand painted ceiling, great size bathroom with a jacuzzi. Fanulous view. Staff were all very nice. I missed the access to a microwave. I am a celiac, so I often eat my own thing that requires some sort of heated preparation.

The location was incredible and had some of the best pizza right next store at Garage (I can’t believe I’m saying that but it’s true). The room was basic but nice enough and clean. There are steps everywhere (to the elevator, to the room and in the room) so definitely not wheelchair or handicap accessible. I also don’t think our aircon worked. Not a big deal for April but could be for July.

Location was handy, but the area around the square was actually a bit too loud and touristy. For example the restaurants had people outside pestering you to come eat - and they weren’t even Italians. You need to move down the side streets to find authenticity. I would not choose this location again. The bed was uncomfortable with both people sagging into the middle. The pillows were also uncomfortable. The shower is so tiny (we are tall, but slight individuals) one cannot even bend over to pick up bathing products, and there is no place to put them inside while showering. And the worst was the uncleanliness and unsanitary conditions, as well as necessities. For example, I went to make my espresso and the pot was filled with old moldy grounds. Sponge in kitchen was beyond filthy! I woke up my first day to a counter full of ants, moldy coffee pot, and the most disgusting sponge I ever saw. I was grossed out and did not want to us any kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, etc…No pillow protectors - pillows ick! We arrived to a half roll of tp, and no back up. No paper towels, or a backup liner for garbage pail, etc… I have traveled all over the world and do not expect ‘American’ amenities; however, I do have N expectation on cleanliness, and a few amenities to feel welcomed and make my stay comfortable, such as toilet paper.

I just needed one night in Florence before having to catch a flight home from Rome. I was fortunate, because the room was discounted for the night I needed it. Maria was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I was happy there was an elevator. The location was super!
-
Maria was great ? They didn't have breakfast. Not this time of year. They didn't have a coffee machine in the room. Although Maria offered to make me some.
-
Good location Didn’t end up with the room i actually booked and paid for Noisy location - dog barking in the lobby in the early mornings

Our room was so beautiful and large! It was a very comfortable stay. They had so many nice amenities included. There was bubble bath soap for the Jacuzzi, slippers and bidet soap. The large windows were so nice for relaxing after a long night. We told them it was our honey moon and they gave us rose petals and candles in the room. There was also a cute dog and free water refills in the lounge. The staff was nice, stayed open late to meet us for our late arrival and called us a taxi when we left. There is an elevator but it is quite small. Our Jacuzzi tub was a little dirty. Our TV has a light that wouldn't turn off

The location was great! Right in the middle of the Old Town. We liked the breakfast. We ate there most days. Very tasty and convenient. The staff was excellent. Helpful and pleasant. Very happy with our choice.
