Great location, right in the heart of Florence opposite Cathedral of Santa Maria. Comfortable rooms. Different room configurations are available. Room cleaning everyday. It’s a smaller older property. The property manager is not on site all the time but is reachable via phone. The property is in a restricted area where vehicles are not allowed. Larger buildings groups worth more luggage it can be an issue. For individuals with light luggage probably ok to walk a few minutes to area where taxi can come. In one of the suite rooms AC was not working well and during the hight temps going into 90s the room was not very comfortable.

Paid for 5 nights but upon check in we didn’t stay here. Maybe fine for some but Not as we expected.

The location was ideal for easy access to the Duomo and all the sights was wanted to take in. The clutter in the hallway (the shower doors in a corner); the fact that every time we came in, there was no one at the desk; communication was by email ONLY; only bed, no breakfast.

Amazing location! The room is very soundproof and super comfortable. The host is super atentive and responsive. 100% recommended.

Super great location; easy access; responsive management; elevator access. There were initially some small things that weren’t right - hair dryer didn’t work, towel hook not secured to the wall, bedside light that didn’t work-but management didn’t know any of this, and when informed they took card of everything.

Location I wish I knew more about how to get to the building in advance of our stay. Once we figured it out it was great.

The shower was missing the door so when we showered we could only use the hand held option otherwise the floor would get soaking wet.

Amazing location, beautiful views

The location was perfect. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage in the room. Everything was fine. I had a cold and wanted to make tea but I only saw the espresso machine. The next day I discovered that there were pods to make tea! Perhaps there could be a little note about that.

It offered what we needed for our last two nights in Italy, a bed and a shower. The location was in the middle of everything. The arranged taxi was at the property precisely on time! It was difficult to understand how to get to this place, and we went to the Hotel Duomo first, where we were eagerly greeted by the staff. There wasn't any greeting at any point during our stay at the B&B, outside of the cleaning staff giving us keys and guidance only in Italian. Our booking included a free taxi from the airport to the hotel, but I asked for the return instead; the hotel said they could arrange for the taxi. We then communicated only by email, and the taxi cost us an additional sum; it was not included. Also, this property is in the heart of Florence, which never sleeps, with a room that does not include blackout curtains. A younger couple may find this more appealing, and the view of the Duomo is priceless...

I loved the accessibility, the room was spacious and the bathroom has everything you needed and was perfect. The mattress was comfortable, and once we asked for additional pillows it was perfect. Being so close to the duomo meant it was much noisier than expected. be prepared to have people outside your window most of the night.

Location Staff was unavailable. The smell entering the building was nauseating.

Room was excellent. We had a small patio which we loved. Room was clean and beds was comfortable The front desk was really friendly and helpful. The location was amazing. We easily walked to all the sights and trains.

Air conditioning was somewhat loud.

Excellent location and friendly front desk Room is appropriate for two but not so for three guests. It should not be sold as accommodating three people. There is no room to move around at all when the extra bed is added.
